We cannot thank you enough for taking such wonderful care of our daughter! We drove 9 hours from New York for a family vacation, only to have our daughter come down with a fever. My husband brought her into your office, and Christine Chamberlin went above and beyond to help our family.Christine stayed open late, and she was incredibly patient, caring, and understanding throughout the entire experience. She even went to CVS to meet my family and make sure our daughter was able to get her prescription. Her kindness and dedication meant so much to us during a stressful situation.Christine was truly amazing, and we are so grateful for everything she did to help our girl feel better and enjoy the rest of her vacation. I highly recommend this urgent care office. I was vacationing at the lake and had an eye infection. I was seen right away at this convenient location.Dr Alligood examined my eye and took time to thoroughly explain what was going on. He explained the difference between internal and external infections, and options for treatment. He also advised to watch for signs of further infection, in which case I would need to be seen again.He provided a couple of RX, which were filled right next door at the CVS.All of the office staff were friendly and helpful. And the waiting room had a large TV which my husband was grateful for.If you are in need of care at the lake, you will be in good hands if you choose this urgent care.
