He has amazing attention to detail and genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. After every job he tells me if I find any defects or have any issues that he will gladly fix it, no charge. He goes above and beyond, always cleaning up the inside of my car when he doesn't have to. He even took the extra time and materials to black out the chrome details on my car while applying a clear PPF, because he knows I don't like chrome, without even charging me for it. He always takes the time to explain everything to me if I'm not familiar with something and, as a female, I can definitely say that I have never had a car guy that I'm so comfortable working with!

Great experience from start to finish! I filled out the contact form on the website and received a call shortly after. Austin was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options. The pricing is great for the high quality work done and looks incredible! He even gave my car a quick wash after the install since he knew we were taking it out on a date that night. That extra touch goes a long way! It was a pleasure doing business with Austin. He made sure we were aware of what was going on step by step. When I dropped my truck off on a Sunday I sent him a text to let him know it was there. Within 15 minutes I received a text notifying me he had gone and moved the vehicle inside, on a Sunday. When my wife went to pick the truck up not only did he do his job but he also cleaned the inside and he gave her a bottle of soap and a rag at no extra charge. The kindness and service Austin offers is far beyond what I’ve ever experienced. I am glad we went with ACT Customs for our vehicle protection. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Austin did a full paint correction and ceramic coating on my ‘19 F150 and it turned out incredible. The truck had seen years of automatic car washes leaving the paint looking scratched, swirled, and definitely had lost some of its gloss. Afterwards the paint regained depth, gloss, and clarity, along with being easier to clean due to the ceramic coating’s hydrophobic properties. PPF was applied to the door pillars as well to prevent future scratches of the fragile piano black color. Would recommend to anyone needing paint correction, ppf, or ceramic coating

My 2014 Mustang GT shines like a diamond in the Sun! I bought the car used and it had scratches and horrible marks all over the body. I gave it to ACT CUSTOMS to do their magic....
