Dr Ali was one of the most comprehensive and thorough doctors I’ve ever been to in my life. He’s extremely knowledgeable and it’s clear that he enjoys what he does. Outstanding service. Very affordable, professional, knowledgeable and excellent bedside manners. The most thing I love about this practice, is that there is no "front desk" drama, the staff is absolutely wonderful. My first visit was a video call, where the doctor taken an hour going through the process and answered all the questions I had on mind, today was my second physical visit, I never had a clinic doctor experience like this before, a very humble, educated, kind, and respectful. The direct primary care model that Dr. Rida employs has been life changing for me. He was my PCP before he opened his new clinic and he is simply the best around at his support and care for his patients. What a great experience! If you're tired of the old Doctor/Patient model, and would love to actually have time to talk to a doctor that listens, you NEED to consider this. Dr. Rida is an amazing guy, and in Dearborn, a trailblazer for the booming DPC healthcare model. I was looking for a PCP, but no longer do I have any intention of going that route. This is so personal, and free from the shackles that usually comes with institutionalized care - Dr. Rida will tell you all about it if you go. Nothing but praise from me!
