Santos and Amada (hope i spelled her name right) were some of the most helpful employees I've personally ever encountered at a locally owned business. They diagnosed an issue with a brand new system i installed, took their time to explain what was wrong why it was wrong, and told me exactly what I needed to do to solve my issue. I even called back for a question I had while at home working on it and they helped me over the phone. Can't say enough good about them as people, and as a shop, Frank's is the place to go for car audio!

Great shop. Owner was super nice and professional. Santos did above and beyond work on my car. I had new speakers, an amp, dash cam and rear view cam installed in my car by him. The work was exceptional! Highly recommend for any work that needs to be done to car.
