Frank's was recommended to us by Best Buy because Best Buy didn't have a certain alatm in stock. Frank was kind and helpful, and even though the first product did not program correctly, he rectified it and made sure he was able to get the right product in for us. Then, when Best Buy had trouble finishing the job properly, Frank stepped in to help and referred us to a wonderful alarm installer down the street named David at Harvey's Alarm and Stereo.
