I came home Friday evening to a broken garage door that wouldn’t open and was stuck about half a foot off the ground. I found Accurate Door through the myQ app while looking for repair help and gave them a call around 8:30 PM. Lisa answered and was incredibly helpful, getting someone scheduled to come out the very next morning to assess the problem.I was originally told someone could come around 12 PM, but they were able to expedite the appointment, and Chris Cruz arrived around 10:30 AM. I had the pleasure of having Chris take a look at the garage door, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.Chris quickly assessed the problem and walked me through exactly which parts needed to be repaired or replaced, why they needed to be fixed, and the cost of each item. He was very patient and kind while explaining the different areas of the job and made sure I understood what was being done rather than simply telling me what needed to be replaced.He was also a very efficient worker and had everything repaired and working again within about two hours of arriving!Overall, I had a great first experience with Accurate Door. From Lisa helping me late Friday evening and getting an appointment scheduled so quickly, to Chris providing such professional and thorough service the following morning, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.I highly recommend Chris Cruz and Accurate Door for anyone needing garage door repairs, especially if you’re a new customer considering using their services for the first time. I would absolutely use them again!

They call it tuneup, but just inspection of what’s needed to be replaced. You pay for them just looking at your garage door and few squirts of the lube 😀 I wasted $79 and my time. It’s a joke🥲

We hired them for the $79 tune up (lube, clean, check bolts, etc). Their scheduling and communication were good. We did have a couple issues: David stopped by and immediately started hard selling us on all these upgrades and replacements. I understand they are a business and they want to sell these things but he should've waited until after he actually did the tune up before doing all this hard selling. He was borderline inappropriate with the sales tactics too stating multiple times how the door could just collapse and kill our kids...

Very disappointed, the tech couldn’t even get the door opener to work in order to do any other adjustments or anythingBut still charged me $79.00I understand that they need to get at least gas money but not $70 for bottom line work done

I had a garage tuneup, the guy just keep talking about what needs to be replaced, he gave me a quote which is very high. Just wasting money and time for it.

What a great technician! Nathan did an awesome job today and from the minute he arrived I knew he and Accurate Door were going to do what was needed.Nathan explained everything, showed me the items that needed to be replaced and answered all my questions. Accurate Door sent me texts as to his arrival time along with him calling me.Nathan not only sent me the invoice but pictures of everything that he fixed/replaced. Thank you!
