$79 tune up deal. Guy arrived and immediately goes “whoa those springs are so old”. Then says “give me 10 min to do the tune up and inspection”. Watched him on my camera, spent 5 min looking around then sat in his truck. When I came outside he of course had a sales pitch that involved $500-$1500 in recommended repairs. Remember: he pulled into my driveway at 9:55 and had quotes drawn up at 10:10. So he didn’t clean, lube, or tune up anything. Book with this company if you want to pay $79 to have them try to scare you into spending thousands.

I had Nate replace the spring and a bunch of rusted 30 year old parts. He did an amazing job and could not have been a nicer guy. He explained everything clearly and brought value to the work needed to be done. He is an amazing worker and an asset in the trade business.

Sean was outstanding as he was able to come by and open the failed door so we could get our cars out the same day (Saturday). He came back Monday morning and replaced all the broken and worn out parts and got our garage door working great!!! He explained everything at various stages, including future maintenance that I need to do to keep things rolling quietly and into the future! I also appreciated the text messaging from the office about the schedule and reminders! Thanks again Sean!!! You ROCK!!!

Great experience! Reached out one day to schedule a tune up and overall safety check on my garage door as it had recently started making strange noises. The technician Chris called before arriving, thoroughly explained all that was going to be needed to make sure the garage door was in good and safe working condition. Handled the job, and called to confirm job was completed. All in all a great experience, and the tech Chris was great to work with!

We had a garage door cable break mid-morning, and by early afternoon Accurate Door had 2 technicians out to diagnose and fix the problem. Nate and Dylan were outstanding! They were polite, thorough, and clearly described the issues and options for fixing. I never felt like I was being pressured for unnecessary service which I appreciated. I ended up getting both of our doors serviced (all moving parts replaced) and a new opener for the one that was damaged by the very old door parts. Everything was installed same day and is working great. Highly recommend!
