I wanted to share my firsthand experience working with Rick and Builder Lead Converter, since I was directly involved in the project that Apple Exteriors’ president, Khue, referenced in his review.I oversaw our relationship with BLC and worked closely with their team throughout onboarding and setup. Setup wasn't completed 100% when I left Apple in April. During that time, they were professional, transparent, and responsive in their communication.Rick, the owner, personally went above and beyond doing multiple Zoom meetings, walking through details, answering every question, and making sure our team understood each step of the process prior to us signing a contract with them which included the paying of the monthly fees should we cancel. He consistently demonstrated patience and professionalism, even when delays on our side slowed things down.To clarify, the marketing program did not run for eight months. The new website for Apple’s interior remodeling division didn't go live until a month after I left and services were cancelled less than two months later. Prior to that, the team had been in the build-out and onboarding phase, delays that were largely due to slow internal decision-making by Apple’s management (including selecting a domain name and approving key materials). The interior remodeling division had been struggling operationally long before marketing began, and those same internal delays contributed to its challenges. The marketing team never promised specific lead volumes or guaranteed results; they clearly communicated that it would take time for a new domain to gain traction and start producing leads. In my experience, they were committed, honest, and genuinely tried to help Apple succeed. I would recommend them to other contractors who value collaboration and are ready to participate actively in their marketing process.
