Had gone here 3 different times and after providing pictures of my past haircut every time I left each trim with something entirely different than what I asked for. I’ve clearly stated what I wanted cut and what I didn’t want cut, the lengths, etc., and then mid trim I get my hair cut too short in places and uneven lengths left behind after I make repeated comments during the haircut on what needs to be done, showing pictures once more. I’ve given 3 chances with the opportunity of correction during the haircuts thinking the next experience would be better but I’ll just go back to my old barber in Halifax. I guess that’s what I get for choosing a place that runs on walk in appointments. Less

The owner reached out and displayed an amazing amount of professionalism, and because of that alone I've adjusted my review to better reflect the kindness and respect of the owner. Had some what of an idea what I wanted? Used copious amounts of water to try and force it into place and then created their own hair line.. Both ownerships have let me down now. They rush their cuts, still, and have no consideration for how the hair naturally sits. They don't communicate with customers well what so ever but are very nice and some what professional. Literally had a full conversation on his phone while cutting my hair. First time for that and said nothing to me about him doing it. Got completely distracted a lot by coworkers too. Less

I have only ever dealt with Jay and have had top notch service and haircuts every single time I've sat in his chair. Jay is very personable and the atmosphere and camaraderie between the staff is unmatched. I have a mixed reviews ... my man rarely ever complains.... He’s gone to these guys about 10 times or so (mostly just haircuts)... Each time he’s gone he got different barber’s and got drastically different experiences... which is ok and understandable... Most of the barbers seem to have VERY good skills at cutting hair, but beard trims is where they struggle! ... He takes pride in his beard so he always make sure to explain in detail how he want’s his beard trimmed. They will agree to his request and agree to how he want’s it. But the last 3 times he has gone there (different barbers) he has told them he want’s to keep the length and don't want it lined up too high on his jaw line . It's almost like they do the complete opposite of what they agree to do. He feels like some of these guy's lack the ability to listen to what their clients ask and choose to do what they want to do instead!... I’m just not happy with their service on beards but give them 5 stars on haircuts! He pay’s good money there so he at least expect them to listen to his request!!!!! Less

2nd time here and the young guy had no idea what he was doing. High bald fade somehow became an offset Mohawk. The owner is great but must be hiring off the street. 30 bucks for a chop job and a pile of hairspray. Should of walked away when he pulled out the hair clips Less

Too stressful and busy to explain in detail. They’re great guys with great personalities, but they cut a bad spot in my head though.Had to grow it out for a while, but kept getting interrupted and my words were disregarded. There was 3-4 slight hiccups in the haircut the past couple months… that’s no big deal. They were slight and they have great barbers.But please do not lie to my face and say it was my fault. I’m not the one with the scissors, and I’ve never had my hair cut or style or anything like that before man. My hair was sticking up and out in the back, took me over a month to grow back. Have had many cuts here as well as my son. Great group of guys and they do fantastic work. I noticed some folks come last minute and expect these guys to do haircuts right up until they close the doors, leaving them with no time to clean up. Don’t be a Karen! Less

Walk-in only. I walked in 27 minutes before closing while there were no customers and was turned away because they were "closed". I was walking around the Robbie St. mall and was surprised to see them there with no customers, considering during this time of covid-19 most of the barbers and hair salons are all booked for the month of July. Both myself and my father had our hair cut then and there. Excellent service.
