Replaced sump pump: Tom was professional and polite. Answered all my questions. Showed me how the pump works after it was installed and cleaned up after it was done. There is a one year warranty for labor/parts. Cost was $829 labor/pump, came with alarm if stops working.

Cardinal Plumbing is the absolute best in my opinion. We've had them to our house a few times and EVERY time, no matter what the issue is, it's a great experience. The guys are always professional and polite. It's not the cheapest service, but I never feel ripped off. I can always find someone on FB to "give me a deal". But with Cardinal, I know I'm paying for quality and the job will be done right.

Jacob White was really professional, he came in and went right to work, he addressed the problem and it didn't take him long, he was very attentive and cleaned up afterwards.
