We had a great experience with the Inaudible team! We live in a semi-detached home in the Beaches and were looking for solutions to help reduce the sound being transmitted from the house attached to ours - footsteps mostly coming through the joists as if someone was stomping, and voices through the party wall. In our initial call, Pascal took the time to explain the different options to us, as well as the expected improvements associated with each option. In the end, we went with dense-pack blown-in cellulose insulation. We had it applied to our party wall, as well as rim joists. It was 2 days of work and his team did a great job! Tristan specifically was very good at listening to us as we pointed out what we thought were weak areas around the house. He and the rest of the team were very respectful (even asking if they could play music before doing so was very much appreciated). They protected the areas where they worked and cleaned up after. We have noticed an improvement in the sounds being transmitted - while not eliminated (as clearly explained by Pascal from the very beginning), our quality of sleep has improved. We recommend working with Inaudible!

This was a great service. I highly recommend working with them. Pascal and the team did nearly my whole house specifically focusing on the theatre and was able to eliminate any noise completely coming from the theatre to rest of the house. They also were able to eliminate a lot of the city sounds coming into the house from outside. Overall I highly recommend them. Very smooth process and quick, and easy to deal with.
