Wow. I just walked in to grab a couple prerolls and I ended up walking out with the whole damn store! The deals here are amazing and they have this fun little preroll claw machine. But the greatest part of all was Brandon. Brandon explained everything and was super knowledgeable. His customer service was absolutely outstanding! I can confidently say that The Flower Shop is my favorite place to pick up in all the Valley. Every single employee I have ever dealt with here is so kind, helpful, and educated on their products. I can tell them, "Hey, I'm doing X today and want a product that makes me feel Y, but I don't want flower because my lungs have been bothering me." And they'll provide exactly the right thing. There must be so many factors in coming up with just the right product for folks, and I've literally never been let down by this location.Today, I had Brandon as my bud tender, and they were absolutely fabulous and so fun to meet today. They helped me find just the right medicine to suit my evening and weekend plans and were very patient with me throughout the whole process. I specifically asked when they were working again so I could come back and have them as my bud budtender. :)The manager of the place, Alex, is someone I know personally, but I was coming here long before I knew he managed it. I felt this way before I knew he was the manager; it's the only place I'll go, and I have gone, for my goodies, for the last 2 years. It's apparent from the way Alex's employees conduct themselves that he's doing a stellar job. It's a clean, well-organized, and cheerful place.I moved away from AZ and live in a non-legal state now. I genuinely look forward to coming back to this shop and getting my THC fix in when I visit. It's one of the best parts of my trip, and I look forward to returning again and again in the future. My partner and I have been going to this location for over a year. All of the staff are excellent and knowledgeable. This review is not regarding the staff who are always amazing.We understand that it may be difficult to update deals daily and when I placed my online order for DGT/HV 5 for $100 deal. We were not concerned that the deal wasn’t in place.When I arrived and checked out, the team (Lindsey, Patrick, and Izzy) worked together to help me as the promotion was not reflecting. In the past, they’ve never had an issue making manual changes. However this time, a manager very quickly had to come help. The issue couldn’t be resolved in the typical fashion leading to my final total reflecting as full price: over $150. This was not a price I was willing to pay.I felt encouraged to leave a review as the staff were quite exasperated trying to help and even recounted that the new system they are operating on has severe limitations and they continue to see these issues with customers.I hope this can be resolved soon and I can post a worthwhile 5 star review of your location. I would go back but after what happened I don't trust you guys. I bought two 3.5s and the white lady who sold me one of the strain C4 had already opened the van and took a gram out. She insisted on me buying C4 even though I asked for other strains. I listened and got the C4 3.5 and when I got on the bus I noticed it was open. Please check your bud tenders they are stealing. When you go to that specific shop at McDowell and 32 Street Phoenix Arizona it is very important that you let them see what bill you are paying them with and check your change because they screw you over. They have screwed me over with 20 to $30 and they deny that I paid them with large bills. Coincidentally, the incident happened with the same person both times. Less

I love to explore the different cannabis dispensaries throughout the Phoenix AZ Metropolitan. And, this place is OVER priced, compared to what's out there. It's a nice aesthetically incline spot. But, for the prices they got going on its best to explore what's out there with dispensaries. I can't understand how they sell the same stuff as the next dispensary double the price. The cannabist industry is booming right now, there are so many dispensaries throughout Phoenix. It's crazy how this place can't think they can't be easily replaced by another dispensary that has the same stuff but isn't aesthetically inclined but has competitive prices. Less

Loyal customer been coming here several times a week for 6+ months. Not animal friendly and no care for loyalty to customers. Came in tonight with my dog, who I've brought in 30+ times with no issue. She is a support animal. She had been home alone all day and I let her out, she went pee and I rushed over before they closed. For the first time she had an accident and pooped in store. This had never happened before and I quickly cleaned up, even getting wet wipes to wipe the floor down and be sanitary. I had a manager or someone approach me and say this is the second time they've had a complaint on my dog and she can't come in anymore. It's unsanitary and she can't just be urinating on the floor. That's not what happened and she has never urinated on the floor. I cleaned everything up and apologized. Was so humiliating in general and also to be accused of something that wasn't even me? Guess this company no longer wants my business and I will never be back. That was super uncomfortable. Don't bring dogs in here or expect this company to care at all for any of the money you spend here or loyalty you have for this place. Less
