My experience with Lisa Dowdy was exceptional from start to finish. Her communication, market knowledge, and attention to detail were unlike any other realtor I have worked with before. She consistently went the extra mile — making everything seamless and advocating for us every single time. What truly sets her apart is the way she treats you like family, making your individual wants and needs her top priority. You never feel like just another client — she listens, she cares, and she tailors every step of the process to what matters the most to you.Last but not least, because of her strategy and negotiation skills, we received a higher sale price than we anticipated, and the process was handled with complete professionalism. I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a top‑tier real estate expert!

Throughout the entire home buying process Lisa Dowdy was amazing. As we lived out of state Lisa was in constant communication and updated us with any updates or information available. She made the home buying process go very smoothly with her knowledge and professionalism. She was very thorough getting the answers to any questions we had. Will highly recommended her to anyone looking for a home.

We are incredibly grateful to have had Lisa as our real estate agent. From the moment we were introduced to the day we closed on our home, she was there every step of the way with a positive energy that brightened even the most difficult days. Lisa previously helped us sell my father's home after he passed away. She made the process easy and kept our spirits up during an incredibly tough time. She is exceptionally talented and made the entire experience enjoyable, even when things were complicated. Fast forward to March 2026 and we requested Lisa's expertise on buying a home. The market was crazy but she was sending everything our way and with her watchful eye and love for her job she was able to find us our home. Again, she made the whole process super easy and stress free. She is always a breath of fresh air, calm and collected and ready to tackle on any obstacle. Beyond being a skilled professional who gets the job done, Lisa makes you feel completely at ease. From your first meeting, you will understand that she is more than just an agent; she is a friend. We highly recommend Lisa for any of your home buying or selling needs. You won't be disappointed, she's absolutely amazing!

She helped us navigate through our first Florida purchase and when it came time to make our second purchase, we thought of no one other than Lisa! She is kind, patient, very hard working and listens closely to every one of your wish list! We HIGHLY recommend

I can not say enough good things about my experiences with Lisa Dowdy as my real estate agent in purchasing my Fort Myers home this past March. I have used many realtors over the past 50 years but none better than her. She is not a part time realtor but rather a serious full time one who is very knowledgeable about the southwest Florida real estate market. One of her outstanding qualities as a realtor is her accessibility. She is very good at getting back to you if not immediately then in a very short period of time. Alot of realtors are not like that unfortunately. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am sure you will agree if you choose to use her.

Lisa helped us find our perfect second home in Naples. Exactly what were were looking for in a community and amenities. She listened to exactly what we needed/wanted and found it. We have referred others to her with the same results. Her honest intelligent effort was unmatched. And on top of all of this, she is a wonderful person.
