I have been attending private sessions at Align Studios in Parramatta with Nishita for the past 3 months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Each session is well-rounded, incorporating the reformer bed and other equipment to create a challenging and effective workout.What really stands out to me is Nishita’s knowledge and attention to detail. She is the first trainer I’ve worked with who truly understands the body and takes the time to ensure my form and posture are correct, preventing injury which was a regular occurrence for me at previous studios.Nishita is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and encouraging, and she always makes each session feel personalised to my needs. I’ve really noticed a difference since starting, and I would highly recommend Nishita and Align Studios Parramatta to anyone looking for quality, personalised training.

I joined Align Studios 3 months ago and doing 5-6 classes a week. Absolutely love it! My best winter decision. Great reformer pilates and yoga classes. Feel so energised, strong, calm and peaceful after them. I've never done pilates before and was surprised how little moves make such a big difference to your muscles and body. Had back pains before as I work sitting in front of computer every day - all gone. The studio itself has a very nice vibe and community and teachers are great too. Morning classes are my motivation to wake up early and a reason of feeling good for the rest of the day. Pinot & Pilates class is also lot's of fun, when you stretch first and then have a relaxed talk sipping wine with the team. I'm bringing a friend tomorrow for HIIT &Flow class tomorrow, so she could understand why I've been so excited about this studio lately

I moved to this area and been meaning to get back into Pilates and this is such a great spot. The teachers are very patient. Angela is an amazing instructor and I enjoy her classes. The equipment is great. The location and the routine and the modifications are great for beginners or intermediate. it is a very welcoming atmosphere.

Best Pilates studio here in parramatta. Everyone is so nice and the environment here is so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this studio :-)

I joined Align Studios 6 months ago, and it's one of the best things I've done for myself. There's an extensive variety of routines and class types, which keeps every session engaging, enjoyable, and challenging. The studio is welcoming and has a real sense of community. All of the instructors are fantastic, each bringing their own unique style and approach to classes. Since joining, I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and overall wellbeing. I'm genuinely hooked! 😊

I’ve been coming to Align Studios for the past six months, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Before joining, I tried several different classes and fitness activities, but I always struggled to stay consistent. Align Studios has been different. It’s one of the few places where I actually look forward to every session.I recently attended one of their fortnightly Pinot + Pilates events, and it was such a wonderful experience. It gave me the chance to unwind, relax, and reset after a busy week. What truly sets Align Studios apart is the welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are incredibly warm, supportive, and friendly, and they make everyone feel comfortable regardless of their fitness level. I’ve never felt as at ease in a fitness space as I do here. If you’re looking for a studio that combines great classes, a supportive community, and an environment that keeps you motivated, I highly recommend Align Studios.

Really recommend the beginners course, I started at the studio with the course and was a good intro into reformer Pilates. I really like the style of classes which focus on strength rather than intensity, but don't worry you still feel that burn! The instructors are also very lovely and welcoming!

I started at Align studio with no pilates experience, attending my pilates classes at Align has now become one of my favourite times of my week. All of the instructors bring their own teaching style but they are all lovely, supportive and put a lot of effort into making sure you get the most out of each class. They also help correct technique and provide alternatives to those with injuries etc. The studio environment is very light and airy and is a beautiful space to unwind after a busy day. I always leave my classes feeling challenged and also refreshed! Would highly recommend this pilates studio.
