The IWV Plumbing representative, Victor, arrived during the time period IWV Plumbing said he would. He was very efficient in fixing the problem which required snaking the line from the toilet, and was able to ascertain the cause of the issue which was roots invading the line. He was able to clear the line and restore everything back to operation. The cost was less than I expected. The root issue will require follow on work.
