Our party hero, Tianna, was absolutely amazing with the party and children. She kept them engaged and interested during the time in the party room, and helped everyone become comfortable on the ice. We love the ice factory! Their learn to skate program was a huge help when we were teaching our daughter skating basics for their Learn to Play hockey school! It’s a clean , family friendly facility with great food options !

The “Learn to play hockey” at the Ice factory has been amazing! My son Dylan is loving the ice time and is getting better each week! I am still amazed that this program offers all brand new equipment and ice time and instruction. It was a great decision! I am a very happy dad!

My son had his 7th birthday here over the weekend and it was such an amazing experience. They made him feel so special and our party hero Tianna did a fantastic job entertaining my son and the other kids. It was first class service!

My daughter just had her tenth birthday party here and it was a hit! We had a party hero named Kayle who made everything so easy and comfortable! I didn’t have to worry shot doing anything ! We had a party room for an hour and then skating for another 2 hours! They played musical chairs and got their face painted! They made my daughter feel so special by announcing her name and clearing the rink to let her do her very own race. We also got to go in the middle of the rink and they sang happy birthday to her. They paid attention to every little detail and all the kids had a wonderful experience! I definitely recommend. 10/10!!!
