We celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday at Ice Factory and it was amazing! Alex, our party host, was fabulous. They do so many extra things to make the birthday girl feel special. Everyone had a great time! Highly recommend!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Ice Factory of Central Florida, and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was organized, stress-free, and so much fun for both the kids and the adults.A very special thank you to our Party Hero, Sofia! She was absolutely amazing. She kept all of the kids entertained from start to finish, made sure everything stayed on schedule, and went above and beyond to make our daughter feel truly special on her big day. Her energy, kindness, and enthusiasm made such a difference, and you could tell she genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience.The party was incredibly well organized, the skating was a huge hit, and all of the children had an unforgettable time. As parents, we were able to relax and enjoy the celebration because Sofia handled everything so seamlessly.We couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience. Thank you, Ice Factory and Sofia, for making our daughter’s special day so magical. We highly recommend celebrating a birthday here!

It was absolutely amazing. My daughter had a blast celebrating her 14th birthday. Her party planner Kaylee was so sweet she made sure all of the party guests was well taking care of including the birthday girl. She was very courteous and kind. My daughter felt very special and would love to celebrate her next birthday here again. The entire staff and their team were professional on the ice and off. Thank you for everything ❤️

This program has been great in growing my kids skating a hockey skills while giving them enough exposure to decide if it’s something they want to continue pursuing or not. The gear you get is fantastic !

We hosted my daughter’s birthday at Ice Factory and had an amazing time. The staff was attentive, the event was well organized and the birthday included a lot of great features. We had the BEST time celebrating our daughter’s birthday at the Ice Factory. Our party heroes were incredible and made her day super special. My son and I love it and we had a blast everytime. The floor is huge and very well-maintained, which made skating easy. The staff is super attentive, kind, constantly cleaning and checking in on the floor. Music is fun.

Visited yesterday with lots of friends!! Really fun, only complaint among the group was that they changed the skates and the new ones left blisters (or something of the sort?) on all of our ankles. Staff was absolutely amazing. Looking forward to my next visit!
