We had a wonderful time celebrating my teen's birthday! Our party hero Isabel was wonderful before, during and after the party. The guests all had a great time and so did my birthday girl! We'll likely be back for my son's birthday party!

Service and personnel are second to none. PERIOD! Everyone is so attentive and genuinely wants all the kids to develop and enjoy being on the ice.

The staff at the rink were very nice and helpful, in less than an hour i was already skating without help and by the end of the day i could help my other youth members how to move and skate, i would recommend having a small area to tell beginners (like myself) the rules and any tips on what to and not to do in the rink, apart from that it was definitely an experience and hopefully ill be able to come back often!

I love how motivational they are, especially for me who is an adult taking skating classes. It’s something I look forward to, and a lot of it has to do with their treatment :)

My 10yo granddaughter began ice skating lessons here about one month ago and loves it! She has aleady advanced to the second beginner's level with the goal to continue advancing The staff are friendly, attentiveand professional. I highly recommend the Kissimmee Ice Factory.

Laila, our party hero, was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday extra special. My daughter said it was the best day ever!
