Ultra installed 52 aluminum windows and 7 fiberglass doors in our home in February 2023, so we have two years experience with Ultra and with their products. From the beginning, the experience was excellent. Randy and Aaron were helpful, candid and unfailingly honest in their presentation. Jorge and the crew worked reliably and carefully to provide a quality installation. They carefully moved furniture as required and cleaned continuously as they worked. We did have 4 windows with manufacturing defects (as Randy anticipated during the sales presentation) which were promptly replaced.During hurricane Beryl (July 2024), which went directly over us, we had zero leaks from the new windows. We had some water intrusion under the doors during peak winds. Aaron had Jorge come out within a week to adjust the door sill seals.The new windows have transformed our home's appearance. Also, I have tracked our electricity consumption and found the summertime use dropped roughly one fourth as compared to consumption with our old single glazed windows. Similarly, we have experienced increased comfort summer and winter as a result of the improved insulation and a quality installation that fixed a number of air leaks around the old windows. Unexpectedly, our home is much quieter due to the sound insulating qualities of the new windows.I unreservedly recommend Ultra for quality products, excellent installation and service and honest dealings. Our windows turned out very nice. Our family was impressed with results and how it made such a difference compared to the old windows that were originally installed many years ago. More than anything, the Ultra Windows team was very courteous and professional....from their sales side to their installers and work crew. They had a big crew in place during installation and they worked hard to finish the job within 2 days and they got it done. You could tell that they knew what they were doing. Sometimes as customer you worry what you might be getting. But not with Ultra. They were very matter of fact....come in and get the job done and do it quickly and efficiently and that's it. We had a great experience with Randy, Aaron and Jorge. Randy was very patient, attentive, and helpful as we worked through the window design process together. Aaron became our point of contact once the order was ready for delivery and installation. He was very courteous, organized and helpful. Jorge and his team did a terrific job on installation, with great attention to detail. It was hard work and they took their time to do it right.We had a minor glitch when 1 window frame was dinged at delivery. Customer service was great! Aaron ordered a new window right away and it was delivered a few weeks after initial installation. Jorge and his crew installed the new one with no issues. There was no pressure. No final payments were made until after the job was fully completed.I was impressed that there was no real damage to walls or paint upon installation. Afterwards, we had a painter come to do touchups painting to window sills. The painter was very impressed with the job the installers did. Stellar installation and next level service. To be honest, I do not remember ever working with a contractor that was so easy to work with from beginning to end. First of all, they had best prices in town. They beat any price I got by margin. Aaron was very good at explaining each window and making me understand what it takes to put the right windows to my home. Others came and try to change my existing windows and try to charge me more for no need. Aaron was honest and get his guys repair caulking on my existing double pane windows and match new windows to it so I can save $. Then his team showed up and I have seen one of the most organized team play execute at an impressive rate without jeopardizing single detail. Cleaning after every step, and ensuring no dust came inside the house. I always watch for inefficiencies at workers who work at my house, this was hands down the best streamlined work i have ever seen. Quite impressive. All the workers knew exactly what they need to do after every step. It is good that they hire the same time to do installation for many years. I would hire them for my next window project for sure and would definitely refer them to my friends.
