Well where do I begin.. I moved in Nov 1 after a LOT of back and forth with the call center. I went for my walk through in September. Lots of miscommunication, lots of frustration just to get moved in. I took pictures of the bathroom roof plaster falling off and the bedroom ceiling looked like it was leaking or had leaked. I had reported the issues during my walk through. Mind you this is AFTER I had to come back because I couldn't get in the first time because the codes weren't working. The call center had me go to the apt across from the one I was supposed to look at and try that one. It didn't work so I had to reschedule a showing. Imagine my surprise after I get moved in when I met the Neighbor of the Apt that the call center was trying to get me to enter during first walk through. Why would you have me enter SOMEONE ELSE'S APT ?!? Fast forward to finally talking to a REAL PERSON and She was a God Send!! I found out there wasn't a onsite Manager and She was brand new. Still Diandra was awesome. She helped me get things straightened out because they sent over a lease dated for October 6th, I had asked for November 1st move in, I didn't sign the lease until that was fixed and that took a couple of weeks. I really started to second guess moving into the Apt and dealing with such unorganized chaos but Diandra was and still is the bright spot. Now I get moved in November 1st I go to take a shower after moving, and the shower doesn't work I contacted Diandra and let her know that the shower head wasn't working. So fast forward to Nov 19th, I still don't have a Shower. Maintenance is waiting for parts and appreciate my patience. I finally get a text saying they're on the way on the 18th To have a great evening. They never showed, didn't bother to reach out to let me know they can't make it I messaged the number and received a Dist 6 we're closed message. So I'm still waiting on my Shower to be fixed. Here's a tip when doing Walk through check your Shower, bath, sinks cold and hot water and flush toilets. There's so much more I could say but won't.Diandra is the ONLY REASON I've given 2 stars.**** UPDATE****My shower has been fixed and a couple of small issues are being taken care of this week. Thankyou Diandra and Bobby for getting this ball rolling. Updated to 4 stars.
