Priced in the middle, not the most affordable and not the most expensive but quality and workmanship is top notch and makes it the best value. 2.5 years later, no wobbling, solid installation. I am so impressed with Petkus Brothers! When I moved into my home, I noticed the sunroom doors—especially the double doors—weren’t locking properly. I had someone come out to take a look, but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I decided to call Petkus Brothers, since they originally installed the doors back in 2018.To my surprise and delight, the owner himself came out and fixed the issue immediately. He handled everything with a smile, a positive attitude, and complete professionalism—and there was no cost involved! 16 years ago Petkus Brothers put a beautiful sunroom addition on our house and a cover over our patio in Roseville. The craftsmanship of the sunroom and the installation have stood the test of time. We've had no problems with it and it looks just as good today as it did the day they installed it. The installers were professional, explained each step over the days it took to erect it and cleaned up everyday - no loose screws or scrap metal laying around. Recently we had them put a cover over our driveway to protect our vehicles. Again, installers were focused, explained the process and cleaned up all the mess the three days it took to install it. I could not be happier with the work 16 years ago and work done 3 weeks ago. Thank you - your craftsmanship and installers are exceptional!

Just finishing up a bathroom addition, interior bathroom remodel and interior sunroom remodel. The bid was the best, the bathrooms are beautiful and the sunroom is a just as well done. There were no hidden costs, and the team worked diligently to make sure I got what I had hoped for. Although any remodel process is long with bumps in the road, the construction team was flexible and thoughtful, and I got what I wanted with the price that was quoted.

I am very pleased with Petkus Brothers! I contracted with Petkus to create a "catio" for my cats by screening in my existing pergola covered patio. They were really easy to work with. They listened carefully to me and asked really great questions that helped me figure out what I wanted. They were able to schedule the job really quickly and they consistently showed up reliably on the days and times that they said they would. The workers were professional, polite and very communicative as they were building the catio, to accommodate any last minute considerations. The finished product is so much better than I even dreamed possible. All my friends and family think it's one of the best screened in patios they've ever seen!
