Geraldine was very efficient, thorough, responsive, and highly communicative. I was a first time home buyer and I knew nothing about real estate or home buying. Geraldine took the time to thoroughly explain to me the process, gaining my trust in her. Amazingly, this whole process from putting my offer down to escrow, and closing came in a matter of 22 days. Highly recommend her

Geraldine helped us sell and purchase a home this year. She was very responsive, attentive and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns we had she answered and addressed quickly. This is our third time purchasing a home with her help, and we would definitely reach out to her again if we ever decide to move again. She takes the stress out of home buying, and helps us feel confident in the big decisions that come with this process.

“As our home was well above the median price for Livermore, Jean and I knew we would need a realtor who was not only experienced with the selling process in general, but with our neighborhood in particular. Geraldine was the third and last realtor we interviewed. When she left our home, Jean and I said as if with one voice, “She’s the one!” Geraldine came in with relevant comps and a concise list, and examples, of what she would do to market our home and to help us realize its maximum value. She continued to represent herself as highly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. Geraldine was highly responsive to our texts and calls and made sure we were quickly and fully informed anytime we had to make an important decision; keeping us relatively calm during what could have been an otherwise stressful undertaking. We were particularly impressed with her ability to work with buyer realtors, even to the point of moving a low ball offer to a totally acceptable one. I will enthusiastically recommend Geraldine Ramirez anytime the opportunity presents itself.”

If or when I ever need to sell my home, I will most certainly call on Geraldine again to be my realtor. If I could give her 6 stars I would. I think the secret to her successs is that she realy lovers her job. Bill
