I only leave true reviews and this will be my 2nd review I have ever left ever in my life.This place, the coworkers, receptionist and the professionals are Beyond incredible and really care for you and they understand you and really care so much that you actually feel the love n the care I get from them it’s a blessing to have found them and for that I’m greatful to have met them. I don’t know any place or anyone who cared About their patients the way these people do but they go above and beyond it’s amazing.I walk in crying and I end up leaving the place happy. If you want the truth and facts go to this place if you wanna hear You must only go here. They make sure you hear all the sounds you need to hear and they tell you the truth. Honestly they deserve 10 star! I wouldn’t dare go anyplace else. My first time buying a hearing aid from them i walked outside I heard the wind for the first time and I had a hearing aid my whole life and I never knew what that sounded like and I like to thank Nicole for that moment that changed my life. Thank you all for everything and I’ll see you guys soon! 10 star if I could.

Though I had gone to Hart Hearing to see the latest and greatest hearing aids, I was told mine are very good and there's no need to upgrade. Some adjustments were made to my current hearing aids, and I was out the door. Nice to see I wasn't coerced in any way to buy new hearing aids! I would definitely recommend checking out Hart Hearing for hearing loss issues. Nice clean office, and friendly staff also.

Replaced filter in left hearing aid which resolved issue. Waited 15 min to see Nicole. I was 5 min late to appt. Told me ears were packed w/wax. Had that taken care of today.
