I normally do not leave reviews, but my experience with this shop was too bad not to warn others.Beware! I came to this shop to get my tint done because of the claims on their website stating, “We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and results that exceed our customers’ expectations.” Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.My original appointment was on April 18. Shortly after the installation, I noticed issues with the tint and contacted them right away. They told me to bring the car back so they could inspect it. On April 25, they confirmed that the windshield tint had a crease and that the window tints had noticeable gaps. They scheduled me again for May 2 and asked me to drop the car off early, which I did. Later that afternoon, they called and said the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I saw that the windshield tint had been replaced, but this time it had debris trapped underneath. I also noticed that the window gaps had still not been corrected. They insisted the windows had been repaired but acknowledged that the issue has not been resolved. They scheduled me for yet another appointment on May 9 to “fix” it and promised that a senior installer will be working on my tint.On May 9, the owner/manager, Chris, was present. I arrived on time at 8:00 AM, and the car was finished around 10:00 AM. Once again, I noticed the window issue had not been corrected. When I brought it up to Chris, he said they would not replace it because it was “not a warranty issue” since it was not considered a light gap. I explained that even if it was not a warranty issue, it was still clearly a workmanship and service issue.I then asked how we could resolve the problem, and his response was to “schedule another appointment online” because he had a lot of customers to deal with — as if I was not a paying customer myself.So I made another appointment for May 16. However, on the Friday before my appointment, Chris called me and said they do not handle warranty issues on weekends and told me to reschedule for a weekday instead. I explained that I am not able to come in on weekdays because of work, which is why I tried scheduling for the weekend in the first place.At that point, I asked if I could just get a refund due to the repeated unresolved issues and inconvenience, but he told me they do not give refunds.Very disappointing experience overall, especially after multiple visits, wasted time, repeated scheduling, and unresolved issues.
