I cannot recommend Hendra highly enough, and I rarely leave Google Reviews. Everyone from Diane doing the home estimate, to the warehouse giving unlimited free packing materials, to the team of Kier, Ellis, Pierre, Jake, Deynos (and I’m forgetting two names!) were incredible. Helpful, kind, considerate, strong as anything. They took all the stress out of moving, even though the home we moved into involved a gravel slope and loads of steps. Everyone was so good natured and great to work with. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I would call Hendra in a heartbeat.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We had a personal on site consult where an accurate estimate was provided.The crew wrapped all my furniture were very careful and everything arrived intact. They were polite and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The supervisor called in extra staff in the afternoon to ensure the job was finished on time and on budget. After everything was in our home they asked if anything needed to be moved. Once we unpacked everything I broke down the boxes and had packing paper in bags at the front of my driveway so they could come pick k it up. I strongly recommend the Hendra crew to anyone who wants a positive and cost effective move in the future.

From the initial estimate right through to the final goodbye, our experience with this team was excellent. Ours was a two-day move, with loading one day and unloading the next, and the crew was fantastic throughout.Ryan, Ed, Chris, Matt, Edo, Derek, and the other two members of the team whose names escape me took exceptional care with every item they handled. They worked incredibly hard, had great energy, and remained positive and upbeat from beginning to end.Just as importantly, they were genuinely friendly and a pleasure to have around. There were lots of laughs over the two days, which made what could have been a stressful move feel remarkably easy.We were very impressed with the care, professionalism, and attitude of the entire team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. We used Hendra to move from Sidney to Cordova Bay. Diane came first and gave us a thorough inspection and quote so no surprises. THEN they DELIVERED FREE BOXES, TAPE, and PAPER. THEN they delivered MORE FREE BOXES AND WRAPPING! So getting ready for the move was simple thanks to Hendra. Come moving day, Jacob, Ed and James S. showed up exactly on time, set up, (good floor protection) and started moving. We had heavy complicated things to move and they figured it all out. Some heavy bulky items even had to go down the stairwell and be taken apart. And they had an extra guy show up to help. And then they still had to get it all up another elevator in another building. The delivery move was as seamless as the pick up. They worked liked a well-oiled machine, organized and careful and smart. We would use this team again. Even after all that extra heavy lifting and construction, the invoice was exactly what we expected. Another bonus: we got Save On More points for using Hendra, which is about $30 off groceries. We highly recommend Hendra for your move.

Hendra is definitely a class act: from Diane who skillfully and professionally estimated the move, to Pierre. Dmytro, and three other men who, with great attention to detail carefully packed and loaded our stuff into the van. The kitchen was packed up with extreme caution and absolutely nothing was broken or lost. Detail was given to all the furniture which was thoroughly disassembled and wrapped before being skillfully nestled into the waiting van.The workshop required special attention and all the heavy machinery and cabinets were carefully and effortlessly loaded and tightly secured on board. At our new house, much the same; everything was quickly unwrapped and set into place with ease and care.The crew were simply the best: good humoured. strong, cautious and thorough in every way. Nothing was damaged or even scratched and they started and stopped on time. And the charge for all this wonderful service was very reasonable indeed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars ​I can't say enough good things about Hendra Moving! After getting a recommendation from the owner in a local Facebook group, I booked my end-of-July move early in the month. The booking process was seamless and professional, and the crew arrived right on time at 9:00 AM. ​I didn't catch their names, but the team—an older gentleman, a tall man, and a young man—was incredible. The whole moving process was smooth, professional, and helpful from start to finish. They even went above and beyond at the end: after moving all my stuff in, they patiently helped me put up sheer curtains on the balcony that were far too high for me to reach on my own, even though I could tell they were ready to wrap up their day. ​When it came time for payment, I was so relieved to see a gratuity option on the terminal. I didn't have cash on hand and really wanted to give them a nice tip, so being able to add that directly for all three of them was fantastic. ​A truly patient, professional, and helpful team—I highly recommend Hendra Moving!
