Amazing work from Zack and the whole crew over at Downspout. We contacted them for a whole house wash in anticipation of putting our home on the market and I am beyond impressed with the work they did. We had to reschedule the job once due to the frigid temps here in Providence but they were super accommodating and communicative throughout the whole process. Day of, I received a text letting me know the crew was on the way and they arrived on-time and ready to go. My wife and I both work from home and there were absolutely no disturbances through the process. At the end, the crew asked me to come out and ensure everything looked good, which I really appreciated. They were super efficient and it was evident that there’s a lot of pride in the work they do. If we weren’t moving out of state, we would absolutely use Downspout again in the future and I will be recommending them to anyone I know in the Providence area looking for exterior cleaning work. Zach personally made our experience amazing. He reached out within a few hours of my request, an appointment was booked that same day. It was so easy. He came to check the job out that night and emailed me a quote me before he left the driveway. The team arrived a week later to clean the gutters out and help with some moss on the roof.
