2026This is my second time having Downspout services at my house. Josh Corro arrived on time. He went to work right away and the house was done within a short time. The northern side of the house was pretty bad, but all of the green is gone and it looks amazing. The white trim looks almost new as it is so bright now. Before leaving, Josh put everything back in place. He was courteous and professional. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you for a job well done.2025The Downspout crew (Zack Doy and helper) arrived on time, was courteous and professional and got to work quickly. Within a couple of hours all 4 roofs and one cedar garden shed had been completely treated. While you don't achieve immediate results, it was apparent that the treatment was definitely working. I am looking forward to the final results as the treatment continues to do its job.One feature working with Downspout that I especially liked; they keep you informed. Just prior to the appointment, I received a text that they were on route, and I also received a picture of the technician who would be arriving. I found this to be most helpful. I would definitely recommend them for your softwash projects. Thanks Downspout for a job well done.

We have a house with red cedar siding a was afraid of damage to the patina. The technician kept the siding watered down and cleaned the moss often the roof. Also kept the hose on our plants (no damage) and myMaster Gardener wife was very impressed.
