Great communication, punctual and professional! We also had an issue before the party with the power tripping the breaker and deflating the house which we DID NOT want happening with kids in it and they brought a longer extension cord at 6am before their rounds to ensure we wouldn’t have an issue and were able to plug it in the garage. Didn’t have an issue after. Will definitely be using them again! Thanks so much for the immediate problem solving and stress free process!

I’ve found my forever party rental people; Bouncyville Party Rentals! From start to finish, it was absolutely seamless. The customer service is top notch, the punctuality is on point, the equipment is safe and some of the coolest designs I’ve ever seen! And on top of all that, it was extremely affordable! 10/10 - The bounce house was in great condition. super clean and looked practically brand new. Setup and takedown were smooth and right on time, which made everything stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish with quick responses, friendly, and very professional.The kids also LOVED the cotton candy machine we rented. it was a huge hit and made the party even more fun!
