If there was ever something they didn't know, they took the initiative to ask questions and make sure they understood exactly how we wanted things done.One caregiver wasn't quite the right fit for our family, and Evergreen handled it beautifully. They listened to our concerns without hesitation and quickly found a replacement who was an excellent match. That responsiveness gave us tremendous confidence in their team.We also appreciated their flexibility. Our needs changed rapidly, often with very little notice, and Evergreen consistently found coverage so we never had to worry about having support when we needed it most.During a very challenging time, Evergreen Home Care gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus on spending meaningful time with my dad. I even had to call them when my husband and I were away and Mom needed someone immediately. They were right there. Kimberly and Courtney were very accessible whenever I needed help or had questions. Very unprofessional people. When you hire someone and guarantee a job you should A stick to communication and B actually give the person a job instead of ghosting them. After waiting 2 weeks after my hire date I no longer have a job due to the unprofessionalism in the work place . I will be telling others to stay clear of this industry due to lack of communication and professionalism.

In October 2023 our dad had just turned 92 years old and was living on his own in Caldwell. He had been experiencing some cognitive decline so it was time to move him or bring in help.I called Evergreen Homecare and they came to my dad's house to meet with us. We were impressed and started with daily in-home care from 10am to 2pm with Nancy.A year later, we wanted additional care for our dad so Evergreen sent us Maria to spend each evening from 5 to 7 with him.Nancy has been with him for 2.5 years and Maria for 1.5. These two women have been godsends. They provide loving compassionate care that includes cooking his meals, shopping for his food, keeping his home clean, walking with him and doing exercises, and taking him to church on Sundays.The management that I have worked with has been extremely professional and responsive to our needs.I could not recommend them any more than I do. Everyone we have worked with in the organization has been wonderful.
