The company is responsive and polite but I was not satisfied with the services. I had to clean my home after the cleaner left. My house isn't messy I just have a pet who sheds hair. When your house isn't filthy, people tend to just wipe things off and neglect actual cleaning. She did the bathrooms well, But I had to take out my own trash, clean my mirrors, Swiffer my floors, and wipe down the dust off my bathroom sink. I did my part as a customer and paid for the full service because she performed the service she just did not do it well. Truly disappointed.I'm altering my review because the owner did reach out and offer a 50% refund which I believe is fair. I appreciate her willingness to communicate.

The image I've attached gives you an example of the horrendous bullying and cursing language that the business owner Amber uses in public. This business illegally misclassifies their workers as contractors violating state law that says they are employees. As a customer, that also means that if one of her employees got hurt while cleaning your home, they could come after you for the workers comp as if you were the employer. I would not hire any cleaning company that sent contractors not employees into my home. To make matters worse, she is posting one star reviews fraudulently to her website as five star reviews, as you will see it shows her as having all five star reviews despite mine being a one star. Of course I have not used hers services, but I have interacted with this business and Amber enough to leave an accurate review.

We’ve used Amber’s Residential Cleaning for a year now and I can say, without a doubt, that I wish I’d found her company much earlier! Her team does a fantastic job at affordable rates.Chloe is the BEST. She is always punctual and efficient, does a great job with the clean, and is just an all-around wonderful person. Our cats also love her!

Used ARC for there first time this week. I was very impressed with Kiersten. She arrived on time and got right to work. We chatted during her time here and she was very pleasant to talk to. I look forward to using them again.
