Just had Peter and his team fit a new boiler and to say I’m delighted with everything is an understatement!Found Peter through local recommendations via Facebook and instantly knew he was a ‘good un’.From start to finish communication was superb- no questions were an issue!As for price- couldn’t be happier ( very, very fair and almost 1/2 the price of BG!!) plus no hidden extras added!Boy, can they work- Peter never stopped, and appeared to be so well organised, even all the old boiler/rubbish was uplifted on the day by Peters’ contractors!Everything was left tidy and all necessary instructions were demonstrated.So,so happy to have found an honest, reliable, consciencous heating engineer, I will not hesitate to really highly recommend Peter and his company to others.Such a massive relief to not feel we have dealt with cowboys!!AND a 10 year guarantee with boiler!! 👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏Forgot to say, an all round lovely person to deal with too!

Peter identified a problem with our hot water before sourcing and installing a new tank for us. Peter kept us updated throughout the process and was really clear on what was required and when the work would be carried out. Highly recommended!

Peter is fabulous. Servived the boiler in my old and new house. Needed a new boiler in the new house, Peter was fab going through all my options and packages available. Fitted the new boiler when it would work around my family and left the house spotless. Can't recommend this guy more, fair pricing and great customer service. 10/10!

I was delighted with every aspect of Pioneer and Peter’s service.From the very first telephone call before Peter came to look at the job to the follow up emails and calls after it was complete.This was a big, complex job and Peter visited twice to look at every aspect so he could provide a comprehensive quote to resolve all of the issues. This was extremely reassuring and I was confident that he was the right person to do this work.He communicated clearly throughout the process and did everything he said he would, exactly on time, within the cost quoted and to an incredibly high standard - clearing up everything as he went.I genuinely can’t recommend Peter highly enough - I didn’t think companies like this existed.

Peter arrived when he said he would.He removed my very very old boiler with remarkable speed cleanly and efficientlyThen installed my new boiler and radiators with absolutely no fuss without any shaking heads and comments about potential problems.All done and dusted and cleaned up afterwords, took away all the mess start to finish in two days.Aside from all of that he is such a pleasant person to deal with.Highly recommended, he will be my go to from now on.

Peter did a fantastic job, I couldn't be happier! He carried out a boiler service and a series of repairs to our heating system including a full power flush! He managed to get my heating system working well after years of blocked radiators and problems. He talked us through everything which was so helpful. Excellent communication and very friendly service. Highly recommended.
