Let me start by providing one word to describe Noland Heat and Air and that one word is AWESOME! Yesterday, 6/1/26, was in the 90s, hot an humid as all. At about 9:30 PM my AC stopped cooling. I called them 1st thing in the AM and Robert made room on their schedule, IMMEDIATELY, to help me out, a disabled senior citizen. The technician showed up within a half hour and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem while being polite and cordial as he explained what he was doing and finding. Very nice tech and he is part of the AWESOME. The issue was a capacitor went bad on my 11 year old unit, he replaced it, and my AC was back up and running like new. All involved also helped to keep the cost low for me which is greatly appreciated because I am on a fixed income. Simply AWESOME all the way around and now they are my go to for repairs and biannual HVAC maintenance. Thank you to all including the delightful lady who also spoke to me on the phone in regards to my payment options.

This company is very home friendly. They came to my home within minutes of being called. They explained all the details of my repair work and made me feel like they were very concerned about my situation now and in the future. I felt like I was dealing with ole friends.. The technician quickly found the problem, immediately got to work on the repair, and even left and came back for additional parts to complete the repair. Everything seems to be in working order just in time for the winter weather. Very polite and considerate. We will be using this service again.
