I was lucky enough to be referred to this company through a friend of a family member who I really trust. Robby Long came to my home and spent much time with me explaining his company and how they do things along with answering all of my questions. My situation was causing a health matter so I wanted it done as soon as possible. I was scheduled about 10 days out and requested to be put on a cancellation list and was called 2 days later and scheduled the next day. Emilio and and Daequon were the technicians and very professional, efficient and explained exactly what they were doing. They were very organized in their process, taking care of furniture and flooring, showing me before and after pictures, and doing a great job of cleaning up after they were finished. The results were immediate as we could tell the unit was running smoother and quieter and we are able to keep the unit a little higher as the air is cooler. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this company !!

From start to finish TIES exceeded my expectations and also put me at complete ease that I was in good hands. I was dealing with a duct work system that was over 40 years old and from the looks of it had never been properly cleaned. TIES not only thoroughly cleaned the duct work, they hung a few of the ducts to ensure more efficient air flow, they cleaned and resurfaced the duct box and plenum boards and completely cleaned the AC handler unit. This company does what they say they are going to do which can be difficult to find! integrity!!I was beyond pleased with them and the results are perfect. I have amazing air quality in my home and it didn’t cost a fortune either. Highly recommend this NADCA certified company to anyone looking in Sarasota/Manatee counties!

TIES was outstanding! Robbie, when looking at our system to put together an estimate, identified some water issues that were developing and could have led to mold problems. He also identified a double filtering of our system which was bogging down our upstairs AC. Inspected my attic, tested moisture levels…to make sure we were not going to have mold issues there, which was a huge problem for us years before. Right from my first meeting, I could tell they understood the issues and vulnerabilities of our system and would address them in a high confidence way so we would have an efficient system and minimize potential for mold in the house. There is an extremely friendly person managing the phones in the office. She was very responsive. The evaluation team came out quickly and evaluated the situation. The fellow that did the actual work was clean and kindly removed his shoes in the house and did an excellent job. No issues whatsoever. I’ve had this company both clean my vents and replace my register covers-two separate services about a year and a half apart. Both times my interaction with the company was the same as described above.

Can't speak highly enough of Robby Long and his company. We've been having a problem with drywall dust and our HVAC unit (not installed by them) and our new contractor brought him on board to try and diagnose the origin. He's extremely well educated, provides a lot more information than just cleaning the air ducts, and is a pleasure to work with. Additionally, this has been a difficult-to-diagnose issue, and he's gone through it step by step, coming back repeatedly until it was completely fixed. I want to stress that he's had to come back because he didn't just go in there gung-ho, charge us a bunch of money, then wash his hands of it. He takes his time and does the job right. Highly recommend him and his company.

T.I.E.S. 360 are the air duct experts. I started working with them last year to correct many air ducts in my attic that had over time fallen and/or had gotten crushed. They corrected a distribution box that was too small in the process. They also included a thorough cleaning of all ducts. They happily came back to insure all rooms were getting adequate air distribution. I highly recommend this company for your needs. They are great people with top notch equipment.
