When I called a lady named Ashley answered. I told her about some of my solar panels didn't work . She told me that she would call me back. When she called back she said she got ahold of the solar company and they were going to send me the equipment that was needed for the repairs. From there she set up an appointment to have the repairs done and now everything works. She also saved me money. She was extremely helpful and I can't thank her enough. Less

We had Solistice install a Tesla wall charger in our garage. Our technician (Taha), Xochilth and the whole team at Solstice were absolutely fantastic to work with! They were upfront on the work, cost and timing. They showed up on time, were efficient, communicated well the entire time, kept the work area clean and nailed every aspect of the work. The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because my panels aren't operating yet so i can't rate the product. But customer service from start to finish has truly been delightful. I've never met a sales rep so knowledgeable. Solstice Solar is a company for the customers-they do allot to make going solar a possibility for you. Ashley's take over was seamless and she stayed with me every step of the way, answering all my questions. SS doesn't leave you because you signed the papers! They make sure all your questions are answered, they make sure you get your solar panels and everything you were promised in a timely manner. The installers immediately got to work and completed the job within a few hours. They didn't leave a mess. SS handles all the business with the HOA and electricity company. Very satisfied thus far. I ditched Tesla energy for Solstice solar. I got a quote from Tesla to put solar on my roof and add a Tesla powerwall. Talked to a nice lady in Las Vegas and she started to process. I gave her my deposit. Then the nice lady in Las Vegas transferred me to a not so nice Woman in Buffalo, New York.And she submitted the order to unnamed designers someplace and they came up with this Rube Goldberg design, where most of the solar panels will be on the side of the house, but two solar panels to be right over the front door on the other side of the house.And I said, hey guys, the HOA is definitely not going to like these solar panels visible from the street right over the front door. I'm not even sure I like that. Why don't you just put them all together over there with the rest of them.And so they charged me a "custom design fee" . To make the design simpler. And Tesla wasn't going to help me with the HOA process. Tesla was just going to give me the plans and letting me get the approvals for it. When the not so nice lady refused to take off the custom design fee. I called up another Solar Company, Solstice solar, and said, hey. What can you do for me?Solstice runs a turnkey operation. They take care of all the HOA approvals. They took care of all the paperwork and permits and gave me 10% more solar capacity for 10 percent less money than Tesla wanted.Sold, and they did. They drafted up the whole HOA proposal, filed it and paid the permit fees. Dealt with everything from the energy provider. The HOA proposal was 18 pages long, and they wrote it.And the cost was less than Tesla wanted.Of course, Tesla came back and said, hey, we'll match that price. But at this point, it's too late. Like, why do I want to go back to you guys? Tesla energy is hard to work with and was being unreasonable.I signed the contract moved on, bought it from solstice. No regrets. I did still get the Tesla powerwall 3 and Tesla controller. Install was super smooth.ASHLEY is great to work with! Less

Just got off the phone with B.K.I had questions about whether it would make sense for me to upgrade my electrical panel along with some additional work I had going on. He patiently listened to my questions and answered them with detailed explanations. While he did speak to the services he and his team offers, I never felt pressured and felt like he was genuinely interested in making me more informed so I could make the best decision. It may be a while before I can get solar, but I'll definitely reach out to solstice when that time comes.
