We signed with another, national adoption agency and we were feeling neglected and frustrated with their lack of communication and empathy. Steffany was the breath of fresh air we needed on our adoption journey. She responded quickly to questions, outlined her process clearly, and facilitated our initial meeting and conversation with our birth parents. After almost a two year wait with another agency, we matched with our birth family and son in only hours of going live with Steffany. Even if we didn't have this incredible outcome, we would still highly recommend her and her services. Steffany and her team are fantastic! After a difficult first two years to our adoption journey, we started working with Steffany in early 2025 and it was the best decision we made. We matched/received a placement very quickly but more importantly felt incredibly supported by Steffany and her team throughout the process. They are responsive, empathetic, honest, and tireless in their support of adoptive parents.

Adoption and Beyond is such an amazing organization to work with. The staff is incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and honest. My wife and I had looked at other agencies but knew within minutes we would work with Adoption and Beyond. Steffany personally helped us along the way and is always a stable and reassuring presence when we have doubts or encountered a hiccup. We were so fortunate to bring home a healthy baby boy and Steffany is still here helping with resources not only for us but for our son's birth parents as well. We did match privately, but A&B helped us be home study ready and guided us throughout every step of the process. Even as questions come up over a year later, we can always reach out and trust they will help us. We met with several agencies before choosing to start with Adoption and Beyond and they were the clear winner, even over larger, national organizations. Everything from transparent cost with each fee, to be realistic about the time and effort involved. If we ever chose to adopt again, we would not hesitate to work with Adoption and Beyond again.
