Wow! Above and beyond. Andy, our technician took his time and did a thorough and excellent job on our ac maintenance. It looked brand new when he was done and thankfully for a 20 year old unit, was still kicking! He went through each item he checked and serviced, and his recommendations for future things to be aware of. (Emphasis on future) Great approach. After reviewing our options wanting to be proactive, we decided to have ac capacitors, blower cleaning service, whole home filters to breath better (very excited about this) and our outdated water heater replaced.Andy did a great job! No pressure at all and we felt he was knowledgeable and genuinely cared about his customers. As a former general manager I know about businesses pushing sales. This was not the case. Deheart has been great. Every technician that has come have been great people and several Military Veterans. Recently Sean H. has been working on getting my A/C up and running. He's resourceful and great at troubleshooting. Communicates well with what's going on and educates me on the system.
