Patrick and Chris came out to fix our furnace problems and they were fantastic! They fixed the problems and helped me better understand how to take care of it. All DeHart personnel have wonderful customer service. They are a great company to deal with and they are reliable. They also have ties to the community that are helpful. So very pleased with DeHart Plumbing!I am adding to my review on 6/29/2023 because we had Chris Ricci (expert plumber) and Alex come out today to repair a drainage pipe that had holes in it and that was leaking. They had to remove the concrete, fix the pipe and reinstall the concrete. They did an excellent job! We were very impressed with their work. They also did a great clean up job after they were done plus they took precautions to keep the area closed off. We have been with DeHart for many years now and they are a phenomenal company. They always do great work. We are so happy to have seen this company grow in size and innovation in the years that we have been with them. They are a company that you can trust.This is an additional review on 9/24/2026. We had a leak coming from the inside of the house to the outside. We also had a leak in one of the rooms downstairs. Two previous companies had come out, but they didn't fix the leaks. Between Dalton, Anthony and Sean, they got it all figured out. We were given options in pricing and we really appreciated that. On 9/22/2026, Sean and Vincent worked diligently all day to fix the leaks. Their customer service was exemplary and their work was outstanding. They really got the job done and they did it right. Dalton and Anthony also had exemplary customer service. Once again I say, DeHart is a trustworthy and reliable company.

I can not say enough good things about this company and its employees. I have a considerable water leak and damage and Leah was the customer service rep that took my call. She was so nice, helpful and friendly. She sent the technician Josh to my house and he is probably the nicest most professional caring person I could have asked for. He listened and even helped me talk to the insurance company. It was in a crappy situation and the DeHart team made my day so much better. They are going to instal my new water heater and pipes. Amazing company, amazing employees! If I could give them 10 stars I would!Update: Josh just installed my new water heater and again he was so nice and professional! He answered all of my questions and just made this experience better than I could’ve hoped for! 10 stars all around for an amazing company, exceptional people and fantastic outcome!

Woke up to water spraying out of the bottom of our water heater. Turned off valves and called De Hart. They got a tech to our house within a couple hours of the call. Andy Edwards was great to work with and did an excellent job removing the old water heater and installing a new one. He worked on the project continuously for more than 9 hours until the job was complete. Highly recommend Andy Edwards and De Hart!

We had Lane and Josh out today from DeHart Plumbing and Air Conditioning for our VIP service visit. They serviced our water heater and the AC/heater unit installed in April 2026. They called before arriving, parked on the street, and wore protective boot covers inside the home.Lane explained everything they would be doing and the expected time needed. They checked the outside AC unit, the indoor unit, and the water heater, and left a clear report showing everything is operating properly with no repairs needed. Lane also reviewed the system basics with me since I missed the original walkthrough during installation. He did an excellent job explaining how the system works and what to do if anything ever comes up.Both Lane and Josh were professional, respectful, and left the area cleaner than they found it. Great service and great team.
