I had solar panels and a battery installed last year and waited a few months before writing a review to see the impact on my bills. So far it’s been great. I haven’t had to pay anything on my electricity bills yet and only now I’m close to using the credit.The installation process was smooth and I was given good advice about the panel position and the right battery system for my home. After-sales support has also been very helpful. Overall, I’m very happy and would definitely recommend them.

I got 17 solar panels fitted last May along with an 8kw Sigenergy battery. I waited until now to post my review so I could see my bills. So far so good. Up to now I have had to pay zero on my bills. The upcoming March two monthly bill will be my first as I am almost out of credit. Very happy overall. Ken was very good to deal with and gave me good options re positioning of panels and type of battery and inverter. Good aftersales support also so would highly recommend Solarpath.

My wife and I had a first class experience with Solar Path from our first point of contact to the finishing touches to our solar system installation (20 solar panels, with SigEnergy inverter, batteries and gateway). The level of support and communication throughout the process was superb. No matter how many queries we had, Ken and Jackie were patient with us and answered in a professional and timely manner. Our site survey was completed efficiently and professionally. Ken was also able to arrange a visit to a client site to view a version of our proposed system, which was fantastic. The equipment supplied, including user app software, was of the highest standard. The installation team arrived in convoy and completed the installation within 3 days, which, given the challenges they had with the weather conditions, was remarkable. The team were punctual, pleasant, conscientious and highly competent. Given their strength of numbers committed to our project, you felt as if we were the sole focus of Solar Path’s entire team for the duration of the installation. The attention to detail with the finishing touches to the installation was exceptional. We really can’t thank Solar Path enough for the way they went about delivering our solar system. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we would recommend them in a heartbeat. Solar Path were excellent from start to finish. The whole process was easy, quick and well organised. Communication was clear, the advice was straightforward and honest, with no sales pressure or nonsense.A team of six electricians and roofers arrived on the day and completed the full installation in a single day. The site was left clean and tidy throughout. The electricians returned the following morning to commission the system and confirm everything was working as expected.The pricing represented very good value for money and matched the quality of the work delivered. The quality of work from Solar Path was top-notch from start to finish. Everything was installed neatly and efficiently, and the team were a pleasure to deal with. A special mention has to go to Alex, the main electrician on site, who went above and beyond once the installation was complete. He sat down with us, set up the app on our phone, and clearly explained how everything worked. Alex also explained that Solar Path have installer access to the system, so they’ll be automatically notified if anything ever happens — which gives us great peace of mind. On top of that, he even left his own phone number with us in case we had any questions, which was such a kind and personal touch. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the level of support we received.
