We found Nightingale a very professional, yet approachable, outfit to deal with.At our first meeting Paul explained the solar system options very clearly which made it very easy for us to decide to go ahead with the installation. On installation day itself the whole team worked quickly, safely and very neatly.Lee, the scaffolder, and his team turned up early to provide access to the roof. The Nightingale installers started work at about 0830 and the whole job - 16 panels, battery, inverter, Gateway and tuition on how to use the App to control the system - was done and dusted just after 1400.The lads worked hard, were very polite and were a pleasure to have around the house.

Good communication and service. The price was competitive and the installation was all done in a day, which is impressive as it was a big job.My only criticism is the projected amount of electricity generated was inflated initially, but this was corrected when I pointed out the shading from a neighbouring property hasn't been factored into it. I don't think it was done to be deceptive, but do be aware to carefully check the details, and point out any errors.Overall I would definitely recommend. 👍

Fantastic service from start to finish!Communication with Craig was excellent throughout, and we received a very competitive quote from a local company with a great reputation. The lads who fitted our EV charger were friendly, professional and efficient. They also took the time to explain how everything worked and made sure I was completely happy before leaving.Really pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nightingale to anyone. Great to support a local business that clearly takes pride in its work!

I've now reached the end of my solar installation journey with Nightingale, and I'm really pleased with the overall experience. After researching and comparing several companies, Nightingale's proposal aligned best with what I wanted to achieve, and their pricing was very competitive. The installation has left me really happy, but what has stood out just as much has been the support I've received throughout the process and afterwards.A special thank you to Emma, who has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I've had lots of questions along the way, and she's always been quick to respond, helpful and patient. Even after the installation, she's continued to answer my questions, often replying on Saturdays and Sundays. That level of service has genuinely impressed me, and it's reassuring to know there's someone willing to help when you need it.I'd also like to thank Deborah for being so proactive with the DNO approval process.Emma has been a real credit to Nightingale, and I'd like to give my thanks for the time and effort that's been put in.Overall, I'm delighted I chose Nightingale. The proposal suited my goals, the price was competitive, and the support from the team has been excellent. It's been a really positive experience, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage.Five stars from me — thank you to the whole team!

Really impressed with the quality of work from the team. The solar panels look fantastic on the slate roof, and the Duracell battery and inverter setup was installed cleanly and professionally. Communication throughout was clear, scaffolding and setup were handled smoothly, and the whole system has been performing brilliantly from day one. Highly recommended!
