Skilled shop with honest people, which is a rarity these days. Stopped by to have my bumper checked out, and Josh popped it in right then and there, without any runaround. And they were busy in the shop. Thank you! Definitely recommend!

I had gotten into a car accident with a bus and Josh was a wonderful help getting my door repaired. He has excellent customer service skills, very swift, and on top of my own insurance doing their estimate, he did one himself just to make sure I had the best care for my vehicle. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a great mechanic to fix up your vehicle.

Great family owned local business. Josh and his team communicated with us throughout the repair, got our car drivable in time for our rental car return, finished the repair promptly when the rest of the parts came in and even chased down and solved a battery issue for us. We will definitely go back to J Smitty for future bodywork needs.

Smitty’s is absolutely awesome! They have repaired side damage in one of our cars, and a tail light in another, and in both cases the work was perfect. Everyone does a super job there. I wish all businesses were as competent and as much of a pleasure to deal with.Gordon Bean

I took my car here for damage done to the rear bumper of my car. I came in on a Wednesday with a prompt estimate, parts were ordered, and I dropped it off Thursday afternoon. It was fixed by Wednesday morning and is good as new. They provide excellent customer serviceand perform their work swiftly and at an affordable price. I’ll definitely come again if I ever need body work done.

My parked car got hit on new years and Josh gave me a fair estimate and explained everything thoroughly. They fixed it in a week and now it looks brand new I'd definitely recommend!!

From the initial estimate to getting my car back, J Smitty’s/Josh took great care of me. They handled everything with the insurance company, which made the process a lot easier on my end. The repair work came out excellent—my car looks brand new again, even though she’s 12 years old. What really stood out was the extra effort-Josh personally took me to Enterprise for my rental and met me there again when I returned it to bring me back to my car. That level of service is hard to find.Top-notch experience all around. Highly recommend.

They gave me a clear, detailed estimate with no hidden fees, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The bodywork and paint matching are absolutely flawless. You literally cannot tell where the repair starts and the original paint ends. The color, texture, and finish are perfect, even under bright sunlight. What really impressed me was their attention to detail: they fixed minor trim scratches I hadn’t even noticed. If you need bodywork, paint, or collision repair, I cannot recommend J Smitty Automotive enough.

Incredible job by the guys at J Smitty automotive. They suggested doing rock panel covers on my truck when the paint was starting to bubble and rust. The rocker covers were color matched exactly and fit perfectly. The rest of the paint work done makes the truck look like it’s right off the showroom floor. I couldn’t suggest them more for any paint work and I will be brining all my paint projects to them in the future.

I spoke with Josh on the phone. He was friendly and helpful. I brought my 1999 E350 Ford Econoline in for body damage caused by recent severe 70 mph wide gust forcing sprung door. Repair work was excellent, quick and reasonable. I have made a great business connection here, and potentially through his network of mechanic and machine business associates in the future.Thank you for your excellent and integral service, Josh and J Smitty Automotive... will be by again soon for more work.
