After I had an emergency water leak I had sent an enquiry and had a very speedy response. Mus (sorry if wrong spelling) called me back the following morning asking a few simple questions. After explaining and showing my issue to Mus he was very helpful , he explained what the issue was and was brilliant explaining everything to me. He went above and beyond to get me sorted within a few days of enquiry. Not once did I feel any pressure to commit he was so calm and made a stressful situation a worry free one. Mus and his guys done an amazing job changing my old fashioned 1960 water tank to a modern pressure tank and also plumbed a new shower. No mess no hassle. Genuine honest guy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very satisfied with every aspect of Mr Mus's work and professionalism. He came out on a Sunday specifically to help us in a bad situation. His team including Abbas, his son were all experts and gave clear information and expectations. Mus discovered additional problems with our boiler after starting work and fixed them all at no extra charge. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent and I would reccommend wholeheartedly.
