We needed to have repairs made for a missing external flue cover and to have the condensation overflow fitted to a downpipe. Contacted Clyde Boiler Installations amongst a list of 4 possible options. Call was answered immediately - a big plus for me - 2 others went to voicemail and never responded. I advised the repair details and sent pictures for further assessment by them and the guys were able to schedule the job quickly. The Engineers were on time to the job. Mus, the owner, introduced himself. Both the guys were polite, courteous and informative. Repairs were top notch - correct assessment of what was needed and the correct process applied. The jobs were done quickly and efficiently and the guys tidied up after themselves. I mentioned we also needed a new CO2 monitor - Mus was able to supply one there & then which met the 10 year running requirement. Great experience overall from two professional tradesmen. Would use the company again and can highly recommend you an honest and straight talking Gas Safe Engineering company. Thanks Guys!
