Fantastic owner and great jewelry store. I had my U-M class ring resized in less than a week. The owner does great work for a very reasonable price. Rather than send your class ring to Jostens/Herff Jones, I would recommend coming here instead for ring repair/resizing. Rumor has it they also help out with the football team's jewelry! Artists who first created, then recreated, a priceless heirloom: Matthew Hoffman is an artist in luxe metals & gems; his collaborator Kris Keller a technician & total pro. Over the years we commissioned several pieces, one in particular we consider an important family heirloom. Then it was lost. Theft? Carelessness? who knows. I was bereft. What I do know is that without a perfect photo, recreating this piece would be very difficult. We had little more than a fuzzy image & our memories. Working , creatively, painstakingly, and in exquisite detail, they recreated a piece almost identical to the original but with even more sentimental (& actual) value , to take its place in our family story.
