Ironclad CrossFit has easily become one of my favorite parts of my day! Every coach has great feedback and makes sure everyone gets some type of advice during each class. Ironclad does a great job modifying to everyone’s needs and makes CrossFit accessible to all.

Every day at IronClad CrossFit is a GREAT day. The best gym, the best coaches, the best people all around!Update - I’m 22 months in and this is still the best thing that I have done for myself! Everything else in my life is easier because of this commitment. Thank you to the great team that is IronClad CrossFit!Update #2 - One of the hidden gems at Ironclad CrossFit is the nutrition program. I did not realize what positive changes awaited me when I signed up for the nutrition program. My eating habits have completely changed for the better! I have lost over 20 pounds since I joined the gym, most of it after participating in the nutrition program.

I’ve travelled the world dropping into gyms and I can tell you this gym is one of the best!- you can tell there’s so much care put into every aspect of the gym: facility, workout programming, coaching, community, etc- gym is very clean and organized- the coaches actual coach and teach you to love better, and make everyone feel welcome

As soon as we walked in at 5 a.m., Ethan’s energy was fired up and ready to go. We love it! I can tell he is well informed on technique and form, and has different options for individuals for performing their level when it comes to working out. Ethan is extremely encouraging, positive, and supportive. The man knows what he’s doing :) That’s why my son and I are joining. Also, the other members of the gym were extremely welcoming and supportive, and that’s why we are deciding to become members.

Awesome class today at Ironclad CrossFit! Danielle is great at motivating everyone in the class to challenge themselves, no matter what their fitness or skill levels are, without sacrificing good form. She breaks down all of the movements to allow you to built up strength and practice technique to eventually master complex movements. I always get a great workout and accomplish more than I ever thought I was capable of.

UPDATE: It's hard to believe that my husband and I are about 6 weeks out from marking our 3rd "anniversary" of joining Ironclad. To say that this place and these people have changed our lives is an understatement. The gains we have both made over the last 3 years are hard to put into words. Our 13 year old daughter is also a member now, because as she watched us putting in the work day in and day out, she wanted to do the same for herself. CrossFit doesn't just impact you, it impacts those around you and positively influences them to invest in themselves too. The coaches and facility at Ironclad are like nothing else around. The coaches know how to work with each person who walks in and the gym is the cleanest one I've ever been to. The standards are HIGH at IC! 325 classes later I am still so thankful for Danielle and her team. They push me when I need it, celebrate my strength, and have made me so much more confident in myself. I stand by my first review and would encourage anyone who wants to positively invest in themselves to join us. Anyone can do CrossFit. Everything can be scaled to push you while also working within what's safe for your fitness level. I became part of the Ironclad family less than a month ago and I found my gym home! Between the welcoming atmosphere of the people and the inspiring, motivational coaches! They help you scale your workout to meet your needs and encourage it! Everyone is so nice and welcomed me with open arms! I’ve never ever done CrossFit before, so I was worried walking into this gym! But the coaches help you through every movement safely! If you’re looking for gym community, coaches, nutrition help try out this gym!
