Hours labeled are not accurate and staff decides to close early without notice. If you’re looking for IVF monitoring, you’re better off going to quest to save you the heartache and the spiral of not being able to get your timed labs done. Definitely would not recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this clinic/laboratory. My mother and I had blood work done on July 27, and as of today, August 10, we still have not received our results. In my mother’s case, the situation is even more frustrating. She had an appointment on July 31, but we were told that her laboratory work was not complete because additional blood needed to be drawn. She had to return for another blood draw, yet we are still waiting for the results. This has caused unnecessary stress and has affected our medical appointments and follow-up care. Laboratory results are not something that should take this long without clear communication or an explanation. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and the feeling that we have to keep calling and following up to get something that should have been handled properly from the beginning. This has been a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. I strongly recommend improving the communication, organization, and follow-up with patients. People trust medical facilities with their health, and this level of service is simply not acceptable.Very disappointed and definitely not the level of care or professionalism patients deserve.

Today was my first time ever doing blood work and selena made me feel real comfortable and also she has a real light hand, just felt a slight pinch at the end.

Walked in and was greeted with a smile and professionalism. I asked about the packages and they were explained throughly. The process was quick after I chose what I wanted. Took about 15 minutes in and out. The drawing blood process pain scale was a 0. It was with care and everything is clean and done with care in front of you. Selena and Jairo were awesome helping me from beginning till the end. 10/10 would recommend if your looking for test done in the local area.
