5 stars doesn't even cut it. Not only is Josh on top of every email and order, he genuinely cares about the QUALITY in which his pieces are produced. He specifically made sure the color of my logo matched exactly to what I needed it to be, went above and beyond from an order fulfillment standpoint, and was willing to stay later on a weekend for me, all because I was needed a last-minute order filled. For someone who cold-called over 8 different businesses for my needs to be met, he was the ONLY one who helped. (And mind you, I had four shirts and two hats to print, not 450 shirts with an unreasonable deadline.) And, because of this, Total Promotion Company is the ONLY place I will ever go to in Las Vegas for my printing needs, for ALL items. Josh (and his incredible team) are truly good humans, care about their customers, and take pride in their work. I can tell, through and through.
