In the Summer/Fall of 2025, we hired Joe's Carpentry to finish our basement into a in-law suite, and we couldn't be happier with our experience with them. From the first meeting with Michelle, to the final walk-thru upon project completion, the entire experience was 100%!Every remodel or home improvement project causes some worry and nervousness, but I felt very at ease with the professionalism and organization at Joe's. From the beginning stages of explaining the drawings and layout, I was very confident and comfortable with this company.On demo day and throughout, the team came in every day and were conscientious and careful, protected the floors and walls, and were very cognizant of dust control throughout. You read and see the many horror stories about bad reno jobs, so you are a little wary about who to choose to do the job. After getting positive reviews from friends we chose Joe’s Carpentry to do our kitchen, powder/ laundry room and bathroom reno. Michelle and MaryAnne( from Carver Cabinets) were wonderful in helping us design our project and Jeff, who managed the project, went out of his way to keep us informed from start to finish. The company’s professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. Any small deficiencies were handled promptly and fairly. The project was finished only one week later than scheduled and we are very happy with the results.

When you decide on a bathroom project you really don’t know what to expect,but when you have Joe’s Carpentry to make it happen ,you can expect the best. We didn’t have to worry about the schedule because Jeff looked after it. He organized all trades to come at the proper time to do their things. The time frame was three weeks and it was basically all done. Everyone was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Great attitudes all around.The bathroom looks amazing!!! We are beyond grateful and happy.It wasn’t cheap but we got what we paid for. Quality and costumer satisfaction is their top priority. Jeff, Wes ,Becky, Tristan and all the others were great. Great group of people at Joe's! The are concerned about the quality of their work and the customer experience. They have excellent communication and planning tools to ensure expectations are aligned and understood by all. The key foreman is a gem of an individual and goes out of his way to ensure customers are happy. Weekly updates with pictures and progress reports via a slick app. Pricing was fair and any surprises are delt with professionally and fairly. Hard to find a contractor you can trust...I found one with Joe's Carpentry and we are happy we chose them for our unique renovation needs. I would highly recommend them if quality and trust are as important to you as it was to me for my renovation.

Started the job in early February and finished in mid April with a newkitchen, 2 new bathrooms and new flooring throughout the entire home.The support we received was incredible from the moment they began demolition until the final inspection. The majority of the work was completed and managed onsite by Jeff and an incredible group of contractors. While on holidays we received pictures on a daily basis to watch the progress. The quality of work was second to none, the fixtures and materials were all top quality and the timeline was met in every area. Whenever we encountered an issue it was handled quickly and efficiently. Would recommend highly.
