We had a very positive experience selling our house with David and Sara. They were warm, friendly and helpful from the start which is a stark contrast to some other estate agents. They are hugely professional and spent a lot of time getting to know our house and investing in the marketing strategy. We very much appreciated the way they handled all aspects of the business.

David and Sara were both so lovely to deal with. They were extremely accommodating and really had a lot of knowledge on the individual property they showed us. It’s clear their clients really matter and you could really see they took the time to study intricate details of the property. Id love for our paths to cross again.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this Team to sell your house having just completed our sale in Marlow. David and Sara were excellent throughout.I think the Stowhill Estates model works really well with:-the cost model (with up front lump sum for advertising) ensuring that both the agents AND the sellers have a vested interest in working together and persevering- the style of advertising with much more engaging visuals than I've seen with other agents- the hands-on support given for all viewings - a trend that seems to be disappearing with many agents just leaving it to the sellers far too often. But of course that is just the business model.I felt reassured throughout the process by the team and had confidence that they would get to a good outcome for us.

Imagine there was an Agent who not only wanted to sell your house, but wanted to work tirelessly to do it. Someone who called you before you called them. And when you did call they always picked up and did what you hoped and then some more.Just imagine that.Surely that’s we all want but we know that Estate Agent doesn’t exist. But here’s the most startling part- Stowhill Estates are the embodiment of the dreams of all us house-sellers.Personal, professional service. They were outstanding and lived up to their reputation for selling ethically and being more successful than any other agents I have looked at.Just call David and Sara, you may be surprised but you won’t be disappointed.

Sara and David from Stowhill estates were extremely professional and effective agents for our recent house sale. They are analytical and data driven and did extensive research on our local market. This informed a very inventive, high quality marketing strategy that was very effective in attracting and retaining interest from potential buyers. They are highly competent and experienced professionals but even more importantly are calm, balanced, warm and thoughtful people and have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Selling your long term much loved family home is challenging but they have achieved an excellent result that exceeded our expectations. I highly commend Sara and David

I couldn’t recommend Sara & David of Stowhill Estates highly enough. Their end-end service in selling our property has been second to none. From their realistic marketing strategy, innovative management of attracting viewers, incredible relationship development with us and potential buyers and their after-offer attention to detail and guidance has been a revelation. They have made the sales process interesting and exciting, navigating the stressors for us and providing encouragement and support throughout, for ourselves and eventually for our buyer.Thank you Sara and David for your allegiance and outstanding service - we couldn’t have asked for more.

Wow, the attention to detail given to our property marketing plan from Stowhill Estates Marlow was phenomenal from the start. We loved our property brochure, the fresh approach to the listing and the digital social media campaigns Dave & Sara ran in order to support our property visibility to potential buyers. Have recommended them to many and will continue to do so

I have had the pleasure of dealing with David and Sara with a recent sale and purchase. I was absolutely thrilled to see the approach and care that was shown towards their clients and everyone involved to ensure a smooth stress free process. In today’s world this bespoke concierge service is hard to find, and really quite refreshing. I look forward to working with them again and once again seeing first hand how this absolutely makes the difference! Collaboration is indeed key and this concept is certainly not lost here. I would highly recommend Sara and the team at Stowhill Estates. Efficient, friendly and very willing to go above and beyond - I was in need of a Marlow estate agent and Sara provided exactly what I needed in a very short space of time. I will certainly be going to them first in the future.

As a potential buyer I have rarely experienced such responsive, friendly and informed service. David and Sara are relatively new to estate agency, and have brought a fresh and energetic approach. I would certainly use them to sell a property circa £1m and upwards.
