David and Sara were excellent throughout.I think the Stowhill Estates model works really well with:-the cost model (with up front lump sum for advertising) ensuring that both the agents AND the sellers have a vested interest in working together and persevering- the style of advertising with much more engaging visuals than I've seen with other agents- the hands-on support given for all viewings - a trend that seems to be disappearing with many agents just leaving it to the sellers far too often.But of course that is just the business model.I felt reassured throughout the process by the team and had confidence that they would get to a good outcome for us.
