Kelly K in the service department is very friendly, considerate, helpful and down to earth kind of person. After finding out the problem was just a battery placement in the key fob, she didn't charge me for the full amount quoted for the diagnostic. I highly recommend using her and not the other female in that department.

I purchased a used Ford Explorer from an out of town dealer and needed to have it checked for noise coming from up in the wheel well. Service was prompt, friendly, great explanation of the problem even sent me a video. Much to my surprise, even though replacing another part was also suggested, there was no pressure to do so and the technician even said this could be done at some other time!
