Amazing customer service at Metro Ford of Madison! I flew in from Michigan to purchase a Ford Maverick, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They even sent a very nice driver, Brian, to pick me up from the airport.Everything went smoothly — from document signing with Anna Beth, to working with the friendly manager Logan, to the technology walkthrough from Gary, and especially my salesman John, who did a great job throughout the process.The whole team made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. I’m very happy with my new truck and will definitely be back to purchase more vehicles in the future!
