I came to Metro Ford after test driving nearly every mid-size and compact truck out there. Sam, the salesperson, was the first one to really get to know me and my needs and was eager to help find the best vehicle for me. Logan, the sales manager, was also extremely helpful through all of my deliberation. After visiting basically every dealership on the east side of Madison, it was refreshing to have a team who truly cared about me and what I needed in a vehicle. I cannot recommend this dealership enough for their lack of normal dealership BS and overall demeanor.
