He will be the last Handy man you will ever hire. Konstatine is hard-working, Multi-disciplined, Professional and a craftsman. I wish I could give him a higher review than five stars. I have worked with him for two years and he has been a gift to my family.

Konstantin is a life saver. He can the simplest “honey do” tasks to bigger ones like regrouting my shower when we sprung a leak. He is efficient, always leaves the house as clean as if no work had been done, and can anticipate what will need to be done next.

Eeeee I’m so thrilled with all of my new house repairs! Faith in humanity has been restored. Konstantin was so kind, punctual, professional, educated, and handy. He quoted me a fair price for my initial light installation, and arrived with everything he may need to complete the job. As I’m updating an older home, we ended up having to replace the dimmer switch unexpectedly. Not to worry though, Konstantin sprang right into action - looking up prices for new switches, quoting me a price for installation, and traveling to the store to purchase the new piece. Konstantin was so helpful he even checked out two other items at the same time and we made one additional upgrade in the same afternoon. At the time I’m writing this review, Konstantin has been to my home at least 6 times to fix and update various items (lighting, outlet updates, bifold door repair- to name a few!), and I couldn’t be more thankful to have stumbled upon him. I’ve already shared his contact information with a neighbor who needed a garbage disposal repaired and he equally had a rave review to share. All in all - what a gem! I would recommend Konstantin to anyone in need. He’s a dime a dozen. 10/10!

Miracosta is very skilled, efficient and professional. I had such a variety of items to take care of and Konstantin took care of everything so quickly and carefully. I appreciate him being timely and I already have another list of items to take care of next week. We have worked with countless others in the past and this experience by far has been the best experience.

The toilet in my house started leaking. One handyman came and fixed it, but after he left, the toilet started leaking again. Then I asked Konstantin to fix the problem. He quickly inspected it and fixed it. The work was done conscientiously, and no further problems with the toilet arose. I was pleasantly surprised by the price. I’ve already recommended him to my neighbors.
