First time at LEA, and I had such a great experience. Kory the nurse treated me with SkinPen microneedling to help improve my acne scars. It was my first time so I was quite nervous for the treatment but Kory was knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She explained every step of the process and gave great aftercare tips, which I really appreciated. Apparently I was using all the wrong products which weren't suitable for my skin type at all. On top of that, all of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. I felt very taken care of. Even after one session, I've already noticed a visible improvement in my skin's texture and tone -- my acne scars are smoother and my overall skin looks more bright. She recommended me to start with three sessions for the best results and I can't wait to complete my other two sessions.

Came in for several procedures, the nurses and Dr Lea are amazing. Just seem to have issues with communication, pricing, and services with the secretary. Overall, would recommend to anyone wanting a procedure done!
