My mom and I moved in in March so far we are really happy! When we had a maintenance issue with our wall A/C they fixed it in a timely manner. All staff, maintenance staff included that we've interacted with have all been nice, helpful and professional.

Woke up on a Sunday Morning and the furnace was not working.My call was immediately answered, again on a Sunday morning.They rounded up any space heaters they could find and drove them to us within minutes.Found out the furnace needed a new board and it was taken care of immediately.We have always experienced great customer service since renting with Bachmeier, but this was way above and beyond.Thank you too everyone at Bachmeier!

Great people to rent from!

It took a quick phone call and a quick look and a had my apartment the next day, great service.

I just rented a place through Bachmeier and so far I could not be happier! They made the process so incredibly easy. I move completely across the country and they were able to help with someone being there to let in my delivery truck which saved a ton of headache!

Outrageous deposit amounts and fees as well as practically impossible requirements for only "meh" rental properties. Apparently, they have to over charge for there properties bc I'm guessing it's hard to make money when 90% of the population don't meet the criteria to rent.

BPM was a great company to rent from. Always answered questions and calls quickly. They took care of any problem that arose. I'd definitely rent from them again if I required another rental!
