Was able to go to the yard and pick up 1/3 cord of birch. Very helpful and loaded the truck perfectly. Great selection of firewood, split and cut well.

I absolutely love working with Steven and his crew at Timber Ridge, they always have a smile, are super helpful and while this may seem funny…..they personally hand stack all my wood - by wood type and in a very neat and easy to access way that my OCD just adores! I would add every time I connect with Steven, he is quick and efficient at responding and always eager to help. Can’t say enough good things about this crew, I’ve been using them for years to re-supply our firewood requirements for both food smoking and our campfire needs, amazing local company!

Ordering was effortless. The Timber Ridge web site offered excellent descriptions of their products making the choice simple and easy. I chose 2 different products and once the order was placed I received both an online thanks and confirmation and a text with their expected delivery date - which worked for me. On that date the driver called ahead to give me about 30 minutes notice and when he arrived was friendly and professional. The wood looked great - in fact far better than I expected in the case of one of the products I ordered! I would definitely order from these folks again.

The firewood is amazing, but I think the customer service is what puts this business above the rest.My dog chewed on a piece of wood, and I was in an absolute panic so I sent them a contact them form. Within five minutes, I kid you not, they responded and called(in my form I asked if they use my phone number, instead of email) the worker was very helpful, and explained to me they don’t treat their wood with chemicals. Only fire to get rid of bugs. You can tell they really care about their customers, and the environment. Not to mention how friendly and understanding they were.Highly recommend if you’re gonna support a company, support this one.

I’d never paid much attention to firewood before, but this birch changed that.Dry, well-seasoned birch burns differently. The fire caught easily, burned long and clean, and carried a soft, sweet scent that reminded me of incense more than smoke. Easy to chop, too. Instead of dodging clouds of smoke all evening, I could simply enjoy the warmth—and afterwards, my clothes didn’t smell like a chimney. It’s the kind of wood that makes you slow down, settle into your camp chair, and stay by the fire just a little longer. Just a different experience compared to what you can usually get at a campsite or a gas station. They even delivered it for free. So, safe to say… they delivered :)
