Very good experience- couldn't provide wood originally ordered so they upgraded my order to birch at no extra costOrdered more recently- there are cheaper options but firewood is bagged, clean, consistent size with friendly service. IMHO you get what you pay forWould recommend

The firewood is amazing, but I think the customer service is what puts this business above the rest.My dog chewed on a piece of wood, and I was in an absolute panic so I sent them a contact them form. Within five minutes, I kid you not, they responded and called(in my form I asked if they use my phone number, instead of email) the worker was very helpful, and explained to me they don’t treat their wood with chemicals. Only fire to get rid of bugs. You can tell they really care about their customers, and the environment. Not to mention how friendly and understanding they were.Highly recommend if you’re gonna support a company, support this one.

I’d never paid much attention to firewood before, but this birch changed that.Dry, well-seasoned birch burns differently. The fire caught easily, burned long and clean, and carried a soft, sweet scent that reminded me of incense more than smoke. Easy to chop, too. Instead of dodging clouds of smoke all evening, I could simply enjoy the warmth—and afterwards, my clothes didn’t smell like a chimney.It’s the kind of wood that makes you slow down, settle into your camp chair, and stay by the fire just a little longer. Just a different experience compared to what you can usually get at a campsite or a gas station.They even delivered it for free. So, safe to say… they delivered :)
