I brought my vacuum in for a tune-up as it was not moving easily. I was given a fairly good idea of the issues involved at the time of drop-off. Within 3 days, a thorough inspection had been done with pricing for the needed repairs. After I gave the green light to proceed with the repair, my vacuum was ready for me to pick up in a few more days. It is back in great working order and the pricing was very reasonable.
