I arrived in pain. I am praying i didn't get a speeding fine to get there as I was a mess. Thanks to Kim he explained things to me not the doctor not the physiotherapist as soon as i described my symptoms he new and explained Ibam a shallow breather and gave me a balloon and home exercises. I had lifted something really heavy i felt this drawing pulling feeling. He understood immediately. I felt a huge sense of relief that someone understood me and the depression started to lift. I could of cried my eyes out. I felt like i was going to never get better. I stopped gym I put my life on hold. The doctor just said you have been over doing it. He didn't have time for my story and told me to shut up and listen. I did. I never felt heard. I felt bad because i didn't want to hold my doctor up and left depressed. Dr Kim Yohan gave me hope that things are going to get better that i will get my life back. He showed me which joints on a screen and my exrays where the injuries were sustained. I looked at my spine and its confronting in it there is hope and gave me rehabilitation exercises to do.
