Sewer backed up in upper bathroom. Main drain out to street was clogged. No where for the sewage to go but back in my house. Dominick showed up, same day when they said, realized this was a big job, made sure he had enough snake to get out to the street and covered the area is was working in so it didn’t get messy. Took about two hours but he got it, 130ft of snake and solid clog. Thanks Dominick. Back to normal now, such a relief. Less

Decided to go with a local business, since you don't get the kind of run-around or phone tag stuff you'd get with an intermediate "generic" dial-a-plumber contracting service or with a national corporate chain. In that regard, I wanted to know who I was dealing with. Saw this business had good reviews, so I'd give it a shot. Called in and the lady answering in the office was on the ball, despite some awkwardness since I was still shopping the market. (No issues when I called back and she remembered or had notes on what was discussed on the earlier call.) Plumber that showed up the next day (today as I post this) went right to business while wasting little time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing. The issue was not an emergency call (no flooding), but still an issue of timeliness and waiting a day is better than a week or more. Clog checked upon and rooted on one toilet and an o-ring replaced on the other in under an hour. Less
