George and his team did an incredible job finding the source of a small water leak from the roof that was beginning to show up in the ceiling of my house. The were thorough and provided a range of evidence to validate their findings. It ended up being caused by a pigeon's nest that was under my solar panels, they had basically crammed their way under the panels, wedged open a loose roof tile, and setup home. Their waste eventually ate through the roofing underlayment, leading to the source of the leaking. George and his team worked through everything needed to get this repair done properly, safely, and completely. They additionally installed a critter guard barrier around all my panels to prevent this in the future. One additional service I had done was the roof tune up, this was to clean up the various vents and pipes, and to reseal all of them. There were a few that had signs of clear seal failure, they don't anymore.If I could rate the Roof Ready team with 10 stars I would! I highly recommend them!!

George was honest, professional and took the time to explain the components of my roof. Definitely not your typical roofer who just wants to file a claim against your insurance. After one phone call, he showed up the same day to inspect my roof - on a Saturday! No sales pressure, he simply provided me with a quote and a detailed explanation of some maintenance items to be done. I called Roof Ready LLC after finding some shingles in my backyard and was concerned that my roof might have wind damage. As soon as I emailed the company, they called me back right away and scheduled an appointment. Roof Ready replaced a roof on a fixer upper I bought in the mountains. From the start, George and Emilee were fantastic with providing a timely, accurate quote and making sure I got just what I needed. I worked closely with Louis throughout the project and he made sure I had everything I needed, made sure the install went as planned, and fixed any issues as they came up. They had to do a change order when they pulled the roof up and found a lot of issues with the previous construction. This wasn't something they could have anticipated but were great in talking me through it and I don't fault them at all given the condition of the house. They did all of this for a great price and were always a pleasure to talk to. Overall, I highly recommend - you're not going to get better service and an overall package with anyone else.
