My strongest possible recommendation for Roof Ready LLC in Parker, CO. We noticed a leak in our second story bedroom ceiling but couldn't figure out exactly where the water was coming from. The team was incredibly thorough—they successfully diagnosed the hidden problem and completed the repairs efficiently at an extremely reasonable and fair price. They were professional, knowledgeable, and gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

Roof Ready LLC was a fantastic company to work with. They were incredibly responsive and timely, professional, clearly experienced in their lines of business, and most importantly I found them to be very trustworthy. I called them in for a general roof inspection expecting for a slew of issues to turn up, but Roof Ready returned their opinion, with photos included, sharing that only one issue needed to be addressed and assured me my roof was in great condition otherwise. They were able to fix the issue on the spot and I found the price to be very reasonable and competitive. Moving forward they will be the only roofing company I call back out. Thanks guys!

George and Emilee at RoofReady are truly amazing. We needed to close on a home in 2 weeks and reached out to RoofReady. George was out that day Wednesday, Emilee ordered material Thursday, with a Friday delivery and the roof was completed the following Monday. 3 days to complete, workmanship was top grade. Fast, friendly and very approachable. Emilee walked me through the process, down payment, total roof replacement cost and explained the insurance only premium, which put me at ease with the whole process and out of pocket cost. If you want friendly service, great workmanship, and a company that really cares about their customers and there needs. George and Emilee at RoofReady are the ones to call.

Awesome experience! Thank you George and Emilee for such a wonderful roof repair and experience. My husband and I were really impressed with the professionalism from the quote, to the quick work, to the roofers laying down tarps to help with their clean-up, to the clean-up... everything was fantastic and the roof is fixed! We cannot thank you enough for the great work and will recommend you to everyone we know!

Absolutely amazing! I’m so happy that I called Roof Ready! I needed a roof replacement for my home in Parker. Roof Ready was incredibly helpful and patient in explaining the process to me and giving me different roofing options. Their price was incredible compared to other quotes. They were able to order the materials, pull the permit, and install the roof in less than a week from when I first called them, which was amazing for me because I was on a tight schedule. I would use them again and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

George came out and made all necessary repairs in just a couple of hours. They are a good company, and they are local. I could not be happier with the work George did. If I have any other roofing problems, I will not hesitate to call them. I highly recommend Roof Ready.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire Roof Ready LLC team for everything they did for me.A few years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of being taken advantage of by a contractor who disappeared with my hard-earned money. I was devastated and struggled not only financially, but emotionally as well. They didn’t just help restore my home—they helped restore my confidence. Their patience, honesty, and compassion helped me work through the trust issues that experience had created.Roof Ready LLC is made up of truly amazing people who are honest, hardworking, and genuinely care about the people they serve. They are the kind of team you can count on, and I will forever be grateful for their support and integrity.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

We just had George out to complete a roof inspection since we were in the path of the bad hail storm last week. Thankfully we did not have damage that warranted needing a new roof. George and Emilee are awesome! George was able to come out within a few hours of calling, and I am so grateful to now have an honest roofer to call for any future roofing needs. They are A+ rated with the BBB and I definitely know why. I highly recommend calling them if you have any roofing needs.

George & Emilee with Roof Ready are genuine, good people. When we had a roof leak over Memorial Day weekend, they were the first to respond of 3 contractors we called. George came out for an inspection over the holiday weekend the very next day. We signed a contract for the repairs but had to coordinate with the solar company to remove the panels before work could commence. It turns out that the solar company was at fault for the roof leak due to issues with installation. And would only cover the repair under warranty if we used THIER roofer. I would have much rather had Roof Ready prepare the work, but George insisted that I save money and work directly with the solar company DESPITE already signing in the contract with him. It was a selfless gesture that is rare in business today. If you're looking for an honest and fair roofer in Colorado, look no further than ROOF READY.

Highly recommend them. George came out quickly for a roof inspection, took detailed photos of everything, and explained the health of my roof without pushing unnecessary sales tactics.

I had an emergency situation at my house where the roof shingles started to come off on a windy day. I called Roof Ready, told them my urgent situation and George came out within an hour and a half of me calling and fixed the issue. He inspected the rest of the roof, walked me through the root cause of the issue and other potential problem areas. The issue stemmed from faulty roof install by the builder. My house is less than 2 years old so the insights and findings from George will help me submit a claim with the builder to get it addressed. Couldn’t be more thankful to George for helping me in such short notice and walking me through what he found. I highly recommend Roof Ready and will be calling them in the future for all my roofing needs.

Roof Ready LLC - A Parker Colorado Roofing Company did a great job on our roof replacement. From the first inspection through the final cleanup, the process was smooth and stress free. They were honest about pricing, responsive to questions, and the crew worked hard to finish our reroof quickly without cutting corners. I’m glad to have found Roof Ready as our roofing contractor. We will use them again for all of our roofing needs!

George and his team did an incredible job finding the source of a small water leak from the roof that was beginning to show up in the ceiling of my house. The were thorough and provided a range of evidence to validate their findings. It ended up being caused by a pigeon's nest that was under my solar panels, they had basically crammed their way under the panels, wedged open a loose roof tile, and setup home. Their waste eventually ate through the roofing underlayment, leading to the source of the leaking. George and his team worked through everything needed to get this repair done properly, safely, and completely. They additionally installed a critter guard barrier around all my panels to prevent this in the future. One additional service I had done was the roof tune up, this was to clean up the various vents and pipes, and to reseal all of them. There were a few that had signs of clear seal failure, they don't anymore. If I could rate the Roof Ready team with 10 stars I would! I highly recommend them!!
